  I have been with Century since May 2023. I signed up for a 48 month program, which was accelerated to a 40-month term because I agreed to biweekly payments. My program totaled $46,000 in debt. I, like others, was informed of a PAL (program acceleration loan) that could be offered after 6 months. I am now 2 years and 3 months (27 months) into my program - and not looking to be done until at least Sept 2027 (if you do the math, it has now become ~52 months). So the acceleration wasn't real, nor was the original program time I agreed to. Nor the PAL for that matter, as no offer or invite has been extended, though I have not missed a single bi-weekly payment in this time (TWENTY SEVEN MONTHS) and voluntarily pay $25 more than required every payment to help expedite the program (which clearly isn't working). Payments have become a bit burdensome over time, and being able to do a loan with potentially lower payments, even if it extends the length of the program, would be helpful. Every message I send asking about *** receives the same dry response of "our system carefully reviews client profiles to determine if they meet..." Kind of crazy that 27 months of perfect bi-weekly and OVER-payments does not meet qualifications for something they tease you with that has a requirement of only 6 ********* loan specialist when I signed up was Dakota, who has since apparently left the company. Century did not see fit to inform those she was working with that we no longer had a direct contact, nor did they assign another.3 stars because they are at least doing the job they promised. Accounts have been settled, and credit is rising slowly. Also, my largest creditor sued me after I started the program. Century managed to focus on and settle the account before any court proceedings. Outside of that, it seems like an absolute train wreck - and makes me feel like I was hoodwinked on some things. Not a good feeling. Not even sure I can make my wedding happen on time now.

Eligibility for this option considers various factors, including consistent and on-time program deposits and residing in a qualifying state. Staying on track with your program puts you in the best position to receive this invitation to apply. Your commitment to your program with on-time & consistent deposits can be seen by the current success of your program. At 27 months into your originally estimated 48-month program, 5 of your 7 enrolled debts have been settled. You are correct that, currently, the funds you are depositing are being used for your two active structured settlements.   They talked me into leaving a different company by lieing about that company and going with them. They only had 4 accounts but they constantraded on only 1 account and the other 3 accounts took me to court to get their money. So now I'm paying out of pocket for those 3 accounts plus **********************. So please don't go with this company

In our experience, contacting creditors before we're in a position to negotiate may have an unintended negative impact and could accelerate collection efforts. While Century doesn't claim to prevent all escalated collection attempts by creditors, if a creditor does take legal action, we still work to establish a favorable settlement with the law firm, on your behalf.   There are a lot of false promises with this company. Especially if they tell you that you will get to pay everything off with a loan company they partner with as long as you have 6 months of on time payments. I hesitated signing up with this company and was basically sold a false product. ******** company to work with. Every time I tried to complain about this I was just given a run around and no one tried to help resolve the issue. Major regrets!!!
