  Absolutely love buying retro games and consoles through DKOldies. Everything I have received has been clean and fully operational. I did have one small issue with a missing game in an order and their customer service team jumped on it right away and sent out another one. I will continue to buy from them and grow my collection.

  They will not clean the inside of games. I made a purchased for a "cosmetically Flawed" game through DKOldies and what I got in the mail was cosmetically flawed but the inside was the worst. Rust on the inside, on the board and just full of dirt. I read over the note the sent saying "These items are cleaned, "... the word cleaned is something the company definitely did not do. As a first time buyer and seeing the youtube videos I thought it maybe a one off but I am wrong. Please change your wording on "Cleaning". Cosmetically flawed is fine but the board, on the inside of the case, should not have rust and damage.

  They over price their item under the guise that they are refurbishing/cleaning the product. They do not clean nor refurbish their products, they will just keep replacing your items until they find one that works or they run out said product and issue you a refund. Also the owner seems inept as he destroyed a rare GB Advance thinking it was a cheap knock off and he had been shown to harass his own employees. Please take your money to other companies or places, you are more likely to get a working console from eBay at a cheaper price and they also offer you a money back guarantee, all at half the price of DKoldies

  Wanted to try and give this company a chance but they let me down pretty bad. I seen all the negative reviews and I like to give the benefit of the doubt but in this case, all the negative reviews were correct. My console I purchased had lots of dust and debris and I would not recommend this company at all.

  I've purchased three sets of games and none were opened and cleaned. None of them start on the first try. I'll be taking it out blowing on it and everything else.

  DKOldies is a valuable resource for buying video games online. Their inventory is unmatched and their service is always prompt and courteous. DKOldies provides all the hard to find titles and filler titles for more than reasonable prices. For years I have been filling my shelves with products that I bought from DKOldies without any issues.

  The prices are on the clouds and
  DKoldies says they refurbish ALL their consoles but they really don’t.
  They don’t even open their consoles
  Bought 4 different consoles from DKoldies and ALL of them weren’t refurbished.
  A good layer of dust inside every console
  Problems reading discs
  At first I thought it was just a mistake but 4 consoles in a row? Non of them refurbished not even opened.
  Did some research and tons of customers have the same problem
  Consoles full of dust inside and consoles that don’t even work.
  Also noticed warranty stickers
  In the US that warranty sticker has no power whatsoever
  Even if the sticker is broken you HAVE to give the customer a replacement or a refund.
  Please DKoldies
  Dont say you refurbish ALL your consoles when you CLEARLY don’t
  Maybe start giving customers a good service
  And everyone please stay away from this company.

  I have been buying from DK Oldies for about a year now and have had 0 issues so far. Every game and console I have ordered has worked great. I would rather spend a little more money from a family owned business than a large retail store. And will continue to support them.

  Paid $350 plus tax for a backwards compatible playstation 3 game console, the price is about 150 or so higher than normal because I was told on the site it was refurbished and that's why the extra price. Received my package and it came with a controller that does NOT work to play playstation 2 games on the console. Opened the console up, after seeing a lot of controversy online about the company, and it was absolutely filthy inside, and the dirt inside smelled of cat urine. Dirt was caked, huge dust bunny chunks and lumps the size of grapes or bigger everywhere, no thermal paste had been replaced to ensure adequate cooling. Unit had never been refurbished like I was told (and paid for) it had been.
  I paid extra for the backwards compatible console, paid extra for a refurbished console, received a completely uncleaned, smelly and dirty inside and out console that did not enable me to play with the backwards compatible feature, due to them supplying an unsupported controller for the console.
  
  I'd sue if I had the money and time. After seeing other reviews, I'm sure I'm not the only one

  They scam their consumers by jacking up prices on used consoles they claim are refurbished but never do said maintanence and break the law with warrenty stickers on the bottom of consoles which have been illegal for years and is a very scummy practice. They should be investigated immediatly for business malpractice
