      I bought a "Good Condition" DS Lite system from DKOldies, and I couldn't be happier with it! Both screens are flawless, the shell is clean, the stylus firmly clicks into place, and pushing the buttons feels crisp and responsive. It feels as fresh as the one I got for my birthday 15 years ago. Worth the price!

      Spoke with a rep via email in regards to selling some of my game lot that was left from a previous sale that I had made. After going down the list of the 5-10 diff games ranging from Xbox, 360, one and switch (all full completed games) I was informed that not only would they only give me $8-$10 and then the rep asked me multiple times in not the nicest way what else I had to sell to them. Needless to say, I explained that as I just got out of the hospital and unless they wanted to buy my Funko pop collection we would not be doing any business. Nice to know that it’s ok for your company to bully people for more stuff for u to buy when they reach out to you to inquire about it. I will never sell to you and I direct everyone away from you.

      I have bought a few Atari 2600 games from DKOldies. They worked and were in good shape. Last week I purchased an Atari 2600 console after my old one would not work. It came 3 days earlier than expected which was nice because my son was home from school and we enjoy playing the old Atari games. The console is sold as refurbished. The unit came clean on the outside and all the switches work well. The only thing I had an issue with is it did not come with an RF adapter which I thought it stated it came with in the description. Not the worst thing. I have spares.

      They claim to refurbish consoles. They do not. They will only open consoles to clean if they hear rattles within the console. They don’t replace thermal pastes or even deep clean the devices. They also up-charge more than the devices are worth by almost 2x at times. If a customer is savvy enough to open the console and see it’s not refurbished they make so much from inflating their prices they will send endless (non refurbished) consoles to try to solve the issue. You email/call them to speak with them about the situation but they will not respond. Customer service is rude and they lie about games being counterfeit as will be revealed in an upcoming YouTube video. They won’t respond to the criticism because it will open them up for $100,000s of lawsuits from scamming for so many years. DO NOT support this business or the snarky employees.

      TL;DR Sketchy Business, SELL AT YOUR OWN RISK

      I sold a collection through Dkoldies. When I received my payment in the mail, it was roughly $50 short and the only reason given was "counterfeit Pokemon Pikachu yellow." I had no clue the game was counterfeit as I've had it since I was a child.
      After reaching out to customer support to try and get my cartridge back, they told me they could not distribute it or pay me for it since it was counterfeit, and after some prying, came to the conclusion that the cartridge would be disposed of to take it out of circulation. Fine.

      But, the representative I dealt with was rude, unhelpful, and lied to me about their policy, claiming they "don't ship items back in lots" and "it's clearly outline on their sell page" and when asked to clarify blew me off. Nowhere on the sell page does it say that, it says "We do not return damaged games" and "all transactions are final." Items not compensated for are not part of the transaction, so they hide under these blanket statements and if they cannot/do not want to pay you for the items you send them, they will keep the items and not send you any sort of compensation. Please be wary about sending your items to DK Oldies, because you'll never see them again, whether you're compensated or not. It's their policy after all.

      I was very impressed with DK Oldies! My game was well-priced and arrived very quickly. They had the game I was looking for in stock and at a better price than the few places I had found that actually had it.

      Bought a "refurbished" N64,yet when I received it, the inside was practically nothing but dust and the motherboard was water damaged. The way you REFURBISH a console is that you clean it up INSIDE AND OUT, test the console and REPLACE things that are not working/damaged, and last, but not least, make sure it ACTUALLY WORKS. I definitely will not be buying from you anymore.

      As somebody who has purchased twice from here, made 2 different orders, I have received cosmetically flawed NES and SNES games I marked “Good Condition” when I ordered them. They had imperfections and marks on the labels of my games. For the prices I paid, this company is a total scam. Getting a game here in reasonable condition is a hit or miss. Price check your video games elsewhere where you can actually see exactly what you’re being sold. I won’t be giving these guys any more of my money.
