  As a seasoned video game collector for several years I would not recommend doing business with DKOldies. Most of their prices for their games and consoles is more than what you can find on eBay and other smaller game shops. Not to mention the lack of communication from DKOldies and them not knowing their own policies. It has also been brought to light that they do not refurbish their game consoles despite being advertised as so. You'll have better luck going to a thrift store and buying video games for a fraction of the cost.

  Let’s start with the Nintendo wii I ordered that was no cleaned and the fans to cool the entire system off did not work due to being stuck and jammed full of dust and smokers “gunk”
  This was my first and final purchase from them and I will not be ordering anything again. I did not receive a refund nor did I receive a replacement. I have been blocked from any and all contact with them and I’m honestly not sure what other steps I can take. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVEN AS A JOKE. I can only recommend YouTubers and others with channels to order from them solely for the purpose of exposing them. They do not clean and or test the consoles they most likely buy in bulk from eBay or other sketchy sites. I was really looking forward to playing twilight princess ?????

  Dirty console, I am sure it wasnt clean before shipping and a third party ps3 controller that wasn't display in the picture. LESSON LEARN. No more buying frrom then.

  To dkoldies, stop advertising that you refurbish every single console that you know isn't true, there is much evidence backing up that claim, sell them as used instead, banking on nostalgia is horrible and it has ruined your reputation as a business. At least eventually give an apology saying that you will do better.

  Do not buy from this company, if the noun scam had an image; It'd be DKOldies. I don't doubt that the games that DKOldies sell aren't in bad shape, but they claim to refurbish their consoles. There have been multiple retro gaming reviewers that have opened their consoles to show that they are not refurbished. Never buy a console from this company. I was gifted a refurbished Wii that was ordered from from this company, and the inside was completely filled with dust and dirt. It still works, but I have yet to get it professionally clean. I won't even bother returning it as you will always get a broken, destroyed console back from these runts. DKOldies should be grateful they haven't been hit with a lawsuit yet, maybe that will help this company get their heads out of their ass. Either refurbish the consoles like you claim to be doing all over your website and social media, or don't even advertise that you refurbish it.

  Dkoldies DOES NOT refurbish their consoles. They barely clean the consol s or ship out 3rd party controllers that don't always work. I'm not saying Dkoldies is a scam but they are scamming and DO NOT REFURBISH their consoles.

  I had purchased a Dualshock 2 (PS2 Controller) June of 2022. DK Oldies states on their Dualshock 2 the following:
  
  "Like all of our product, it has been cleaned, tested, and is guaranteed to work backed by our free 1 year warranty."
  
  This product came and was absolutely disgusting. Caked on dust, and just overall unclean on the OUTSIDE of the product. After playing a game with it for a day or so I kept noticing that the left analog stick was kind of wobbly and wrong. So, I decided to take the controller apart to inspect if a bit of cleaning was all that was needed. Upon taking it apart I saw the most disgusting and non cleaned item I have yet to see. It had dust everywhere, caked on again, and the Analog stick looked like it had been bent after maybe being thrown? I am unsure on that one.
  
  DKOldies did take the controller back and send another, but the idea that they claim a fully working and cleaned controller is nothing but lies.

  The definition of SCAM! They claim to clean, open and refurbish all consoles (They do NOT do any of this unless on film for social media videos!) and then charge triple sometimes QUADRUPLE the market price for a "professionally refurbished" console! An incredibly shady business. You do not receive the proper cables or controllers with consoles, they instead dish out terrible 3rd party controllers/cables and charge a steep "premium" price for OEM controllers/cables. LITERALLY SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE, EBAY, LOCAL SHOPS, GAMESTOP... ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
  
  Shame on you DKOldies, enough is enough.

  Made the mistake of buying a Switch Lite from DKoldies! About 10-15 minutes in, my Switch froze and the screen turned orange! It does have a 1 year warranty but still, I was dumb to but it when I could have a brand new Switch Lite for just $10.00 more from my local game store! I would advise NOT to buy from DKoldies and just go buy from your local game store or eBay.
