  MarkM and JudahW installed front entry doors and storm doors on a cold rainy day in **********. Not a cross word, followed all installation procedures and were pleasant and competent. Thanks and kudos to both.

  Installers failed to secure pipe in wall for shower head. They sent a tech out to confirm the pipe wasnt secured and scheduled the repair a month later. The repair day came and no one showed up. They claimed it was assigned to someone that no longer works for them. Rescheduled repair, I called the day before to confirm the appointment and again no one showed up. Now they want me to wait over a month (Nov 28th) for repair that may or may not happen given their track record so far.The ***************** office needs new management as the number you call goes to a call center in ** and they can never get a hold of anybody in the ************* office. This company is taking advantage of the elderly by failing to make timely repairs.

  Had West Shore come and remove an older 1-piece fiberglass tub/shower and install a new acrylic walk-in shower. The installers, ***** and Brayden, arrived just after 9 AM. They were polite, professional and FAST! They took the time to explain every step of the process as they went. They never even took a lunch break. Other than a brand new shower, there was no trace they were ever here. They pulled out of or driveway at 3:15 PM.

  ****** and ***** did an outstanding job. Very nice and polite young men. I would recommend them to anyone. They replaced a front door damaged by the hurricane and i couldnt be happier with this company or these guys

  ******* WAS GREAT. HE LEFT THE ******** JUST THE WAY IT WAS WHEN HE CAME IN. LOVE THE WAY HE WORKED AND FINIAT A REASONABLE TIME WITHOUT STOPPING EVERY FEW MINITES. AND THE LOOK LIKE THEY WAS JUST INSTALLED JUST FROM REDOING SOMETHING AS AS THE TRIM.THANK YOU *******

  I had a tub to shower update and wanted a wall mount seat. The salesman said I could get a cheaper seat online so I did. I paid $60 dollars compared to their $1000 dollars. Same seat with the same load bearing capacity. When I asked the installer to install it he said no because it would void the warranty. Same seat, same 6 screws to install it. Sounds like a great money maker for them. I had the time consuming task of repackaging my seat and taking it to a *** store. Also, when the installers unloaded my shower doors they dropped them and they shattered. I understand and accidents do happen, however, I've called customer service no less that 4 times and was told each time they'd get back to me as to when my new doors would come in. No one ever got back to me so I sent an email to the corporate office. Corporate never responded. Finally I contacted the salesman and he got them to text me that my doors would be in on 10/24/25 of course we don't know when they'll be installed. This project was supposed to be complete on 10/13/25. For compensation I want the wall mount seat if and when my doors come in. I was also asked if I wanted an access panel to the plumbing. I was told it was required by law and I could go to ******* and pick one up and they'd install it. $27,000 dollars and I'm going to *******? If it's required by law it should be part of the project.

  From the initial consultation to the install of our door West Shore Home was nothing but professional. The door looks fantastic and the install team ****** *., ** *., and ***** *. were prompt, courteous and did an excellent job. We couldnt be happier with the door.
