      West Shore Home arrived this morning and installed a new steel entry door. During the installation process, Austins and ***** explained each step as they went along. The workmanship from both gentlemen was amazing. They truly were knowledgeable of their profession. In addition, they cleaned up as they went along! Thanks, ****** and ***** for a job well done!

      Our installers, ******* and *****, showed up early in the appt window time. They introduced themselves, went over the work order and promptly began the project. I would like to add that they conducted themselves professionally, cleaned up work areas and showed respect for our home.Project is being completed as promised so far to date. ******* and ***** answered questions, explained work being done and installed a beautiful floor and shower remodel.

      West Shore Home installed new doors in our home and we couldn't be happier with them! From the beginning they have been professional and courteous. The quote process was smooth and reasonable, the products are very nice, and the installation crew was great as well. They installed all four doors in one day, were very respectful of our home, and took care with keeping it clean and spotless throughout the install. We also appreciate that they use their own people to do the work instead of subcontracting the work out. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

      *** and ***** did an amazing job transforming my unusable old shower into a magnificent shower/tub combination. The fit and finish of everything is impeccable. Even the caulk lines are smooth and uniform. Very well done!

      MarkM and JudahW installed front entry doors and storm doors on a cold rainy day in **********. Not a cross word, followed all installation procedures and were pleasant and competent. Thanks and kudos to both.

      Installers failed to secure pipe in wall for shower head. They sent a tech out to confirm the pipe wasnt secured and scheduled the repair a month later. The repair day came and no one showed up. They claimed it was assigned to someone that no longer works for them. Rescheduled repair, I called the day before to confirm the appointment and again no one showed up. Now they want me to wait over a month (Nov 28th) for repair that may or may not happen given their track record so far.The ***************** office needs new management as the number you call goes to a call center in ** and they can never get a hold of anybody in the ************* office. This company is taking advantage of the elderly by failing to make timely repairs.

      Had West Shore come and remove an older 1-piece fiberglass tub/shower and install a new acrylic walk-in shower. The installers, ***** and Brayden, arrived just after 9 AM. They were polite, professional and FAST! They took the time to explain every step of the process as they went. They never even took a lunch break. Other than a brand new shower, there was no trace they were ever here. They pulled out of or driveway at 3:15 PM.
