      I’ve been a customer for Cube Smart located in Riverside, CA for 7 years. At first, everything was great but recently this place has had multiple beak ins throughout its compound. On 6/24/2023, I found my unit broken into and all of personal belongings stolen. I reported to management as soon as I found it and they informed me that they were two other units broken into in the same hallway as mine. I asked why I wan’t informed and the manager said “my lock locked fine.” They said that they do unit checks every Friday but clearly they don’t do their jobs well. The insurance is not help either. It is clear that they have a problem but the company choses not to do anything.

      Worst storage facility around infested with mice completely has no regards for people’s hard earned and sentimental possessions don’t pay to have your possessions destroyed

      I have been with this property for over 8 years now, I utilize space with Cube Smart in Conyers GA to park my big rig everyday in that time frame. I all of sudden get notice that the rate is doubling . Thats fine..prices increase..however I didnt expect to be robbed! My paycheck is not doubling! I want anyone and everyone to know...DO NOT RENT SPACE FROM HERE, They are highway robbery. It makes no sense to have loyal customers for so long and then try to rape them!

      It is a scam you pay insurance but can't file a claim your things are subject to get locked in when you should have access..staff very unprofessional and rude over charging storage unit is creepy and extremely dirty elevators always broke

      I am dissatisfied because I vacated my unit having just paid for the following month within the last 48 hours. CubeSmart would not give me a refund but said they were completely full, so they were going to rent my unit out ASAP. I feel like they should prorate my money if they are going to rent out the unit immediately.

      Dear CubeSmart Executive,
      Making life easier and more efficient - CubeSmart was supposed to make organizing inventory for my business simple allowing space for storage, accessible and straightforward.
      Unfortunately, this was NOT the case.

      First, the elevators at Christmas/New Years were not functioning and my unit was on the second floor. I was unable to access my unit 6300 Washington Ave. Houston, TX 77007. I was available and OFF having free time to organize. One + week later CubeSmart repaired the non-functioning elevators in which my window of opportunity to accomplish tasks (the reason I rented the unit) was no longer available – this cost me time and money. I work full-time, have long hours with travel, family obligations and very little time.

      MAY 21ST Arrived at CubeSmart to have an in-person conversation: At this time, I was informed a burglary occurred at the Washington Avenue location. 40 + units were broken into and mine was one of them. The attendant had to unlock the Green lock so that I could access and assess damages. Supposedly I was called/notified of the incident, and I have NO VOICE MESSAGES or EMAILS ALERTING ME OF THIS SUPPOSED BREAK IN!

      THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, STORAGE EXPERIENCE WHICH I AM HAPPY TO SHARE PUBLICLY!

      The current manager on site is extremely rude and NEVER at the facility. She never answers the phone. She is tacky and unprofessional. The lock box/security box does not work effectively. I have been trying to rectify an issue for weeks and they keep sharing that someone will call me back. I haven't received a call. They are piling unnecessary fees with me because they will not answer the phone or arrive on site during business hours. This location deserves ZERO stars!

      My unit has been broken into 3 times! Nothing is being done as far as security goes. The manager is sarcastic, could careless about what happens to your items. I definitely would not recommend this place! I pay my bill on time every month and not even that matters to these folks.

      CubeSmart customer for a few years. They’re awful. No other way to say it. They say one thing and do another. We closed our unit out on March 29. We took our lock emptied the unit. It’s now the following week and they’re saying we never did that. This was the third time I’ve had to call because they say I owe them this month. The reason we moved is because our monthly payment was raised to much more and we did not receive any notification at all that this would happen. Not by phone email or text message. Our location was gross. They feed the cats or wild animals and even have a message telling customers to not put anything else out. I find that nauseating. It attracts rats and other creatures. Besides the last time I calle dour location they were nothing but rude. It seems like teenagers run the place. So glad to be out and can not wait to earn others to NOT rent from them. They will do you dirty.

      I'm a long term customer over 10 yrs plus. Do to a very unprofessional experience with Robert about closing my account couple with no .response I would not recommend this location and if you choose to move forward to video record all conversation to hold someone accountable.
