      The staff at this location are incredibly rude, insulting and condescending, not to mention unhelpful! Worst self storage in the area!!!! Go to U-Haul a block away and get the Customer Service and Support you deserve!

      At first it seemed perfect. It’s clean and affordable as feels safe . But after a few months they Jack up your rent no matter how many units you have. There is no discount for multiple units. And the low price is to lure you in but they don’t care about long term customers they only care about YOUR MONEY!!
      Find a better place with integrity, fairness and a loyalty to customers.
      I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because it’s clean and the security is good.

      I purchased a online auction unit whichever describes the unit being clean and assortment of items to be with unit at which I purchased and once we were in to collect it was very obvious that the unit was staged

      On 10/2/2023 I visited my storage unit to only find my belongings destroyed covered in rodent feces and urine. There are also cockroaches at this storage facility as I saw a few during this time. I had no idea my belongings were covered in rodent urine until I started to pick up my bags to maneuver things around and noticed that my hands were wet with the smell of urine. I am allergic to cockroaches, i immediately get rhinitis in the setting of them.

      I stormed to the office to advise a manager of this situation TWICE to only be told "they are not here at the moment and will get back to you later on today". I'm a registered nurse and my schedule is hectic. I have taken two days off from work to attend to this matter. Trying to salvage what is left of my belongings, throw away all damaged items, and trying to close this storage unit. A manager still hasn't gotten back to be regarding this matter, and the weekend is approaching.

      I have also filed an insurance claim with the hope of my belongings to be replaced only to be notified that rodent damage IS NOT covered with the insurance policy. This is not only frustrating, but it's very inconvenient and unfortunate. The district manager reached out to me saying he will try to get me a refund worth 3 months of storage payments ONLY and that i was responsible for THEIR storage facility being rodent infested. He made it very clear that CUBESMART is concerned with their reputation ONLY and asked me not to leave a review. This was over 2 weeks ago & no one has resolved my issue. I never got a chance to speak with the manager of the facility DIRECTLY. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE CUBESMART AS THE COMPANY ONLY CARES ABOUT THEIR REPUTATION INSTEAD OF THEIR CUSTOMER'S SUPPORT. YOU WILL LOSE MONEY & YOUR BELONGINGS WILL BE DESTROYED

      They have unethical business practices. They offer a low price to start for 3 months. I understood after 3 months that the price would increase. After 7 months from my initial move in they tacked on another $50 to my $400 bill out of nowhere. Less than one year and I already am paying almost double. They know most people won’t go through the effort of moving all of their belongings again. I would take your business elsewhere.

      I moved all my belongings out and called the office to have the girl check my unit, no one was around. several days later they deducted another month's rent. I called the girl in the office and she that she would submit the request for a refund, since all my belongings were out on time.
      I've now call Daniel the District Mgr to no avail. It's apparently up to the Store to issue the refund.
      I'm calling every week now.

      They are taking advange of people. They have gone up $39 in 2 years without any notification. They are charging $12 for a protection plan which should be covered by them. There has not been any improvement to warrant this cost. It is time for companies to stop taking advantage of hard working people. I called the Corporate Office to complain all they did was transfer me to the storage facility.

      This storage company is a joke. Within a month our temperature controlled unit has had condensation getting items wet. We move in a week and can’t even fill a 10x15 unit half full. Contacted us timer service and get hung up on. Their ‘we take care of our customers’ is a joke and a lie. I put in a report about it 6/28/23 and still have not heard back. Called again today and they said nothing was reported Saturday, called the DM personally and nothing has happened. She refuses to call back or respond to emails. Insurance is a joke and I can’t remove anything that has damage until the DM contacts someone. They tell me 24-48 hours, but it’s been 4 days. This is uncalled for, horrible business practices, and unsanitary conditions that could of been avoided if they were to of just wrapped the pipes.

      Customer service at this location was horrible. Lied about the truck being fixed to meet my move. Investigation being done on truck. Did receive a call back or refund do to early termination of unit.
