    I purchased a subscription for Reminder Media for postcard mailers and magazines. I quickly canceled the subscriptions but have continued to be charged for it. I called them and they again said they would cancel and refund the money although a partial refund was given. They confirmed that they again canceled and nothing else would be charged. Now I am again receiving charges after having canceled and they are refusing to refund money. After the 2nd cancellation, they didnt charge for following month and now they started back up with charges. I just spoke to ******* from their company and she confirmed she sees that account t had been canceled but that her management team denied a refund. Prior, I had spoken to **** who had canceled and issued a partial refund despite prior cancellation request not being done and a refund also denied. This seems to be an ongoing issue with no true resolution and if seems as it is a scam.

As part of our resolution process, we promptly issued a refund for the charged amount. Additionally, we extended our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused and confirmed that her account has been successfully closed.

    I cancelled my account after my free trial, I wanted to see how the free trial went and if I had any referrals. The *** was always late for my scheduled appointments and then ghosted me via email. Then I had multiple people calling me from Reminder Media and never had the same account *** twice. I cancelled to make sure that I did not get charged again and did not continue the subscription and then I was again charged for the next magazine that I never approved or had ever been contacted about. I also never agreed to the proofs as I was cancelling the service. I would like to be refunded and my account cancelled. The website is terrible and will not let you close your account or pause anything online. The *** said he cancelled last week. I would like to be refunded and my account closed!

    After many phone calls, texts, chats and emails, Reminder Media refunded my money and cancelled my account.  I finally got in touch with a very helpful customer service agent named Gia who was phenomenal and handled it after my many failed attempts and conversations.  This business would benefit from hiring people like this agent and also improve their interface and dark UX design to allow more control to their users and not having multiple people just trying to upsell them, transferring calls, departments, dropped calls and trying to discourage the customer from pursuing the answer. It is really too bad the product is not the problem, it is their business practices and I hope that they do some UX research to really work on their platform and business.

    When I signed up with Reminder Media, the representative assured my I could cancel any time. So I tried it out of curiosity to see if I could gain ROI. It was supposed to be $249.99 + $99.00 Setup fee. After the first magazine, I decided It wasn't a fit for my business and attempted to cancel. I was told by the representative that I could not cancel because of my contract. However, If I paid another fee, the representative could move me to another subscription which would automatically cancel on Sep 1, 2024 and I would receive o further charges. Low and behold, I get another charge for $324.35 on Sep 28, 2024 and no ability to cancel. Stay away from these folks.

    I met at a trade show and did a 50 magazine trial for $99. Little did I know it was another $254.49 to ship them. I was mislead by **** ***** to buy the product at the *** ***** event. I just want to cancel and get all the money back. I don't want to be part of this at all if this is the desperate sales tactics that are going to be used. Please just refund everything.

During this discussion, we clarified that the billing process and associated details were explained to him at the time of account setup. Following our conversation, we proceeded to issue a full refund for all charges incurred and officially closed his account.

    I have had an account with ********************** since October 2023. I started sending out magazines and then upgraded and added the digital marketing platform. I noticed that areas of my digital marketing platform were not being sent out, which prompted me to contact customer service to resolve the issue. They informed me that IT would call me back: I never got a call back. I reached out again and at that point my account had been transferred to another "account manager". She was not able to resolve my issue and my account subsequently was transferred to two more representatives. During this time, I noticed that the majority of the branded magazines were not being delivered to my clients. Fast forward to today - I am not getting any resolution for my issues ***************** Difficulties with getting timely responses/any response at all. No resolutions from customer service. I am passed around from one account manager to another with no resolution. Product Quality: Magazines are not being delivered to clients. Digital marketing is flawed and not being delivered or updated as told from the company. Billing: I am still being charged for magazines and digital marketing where the services are not being rendered. I am NOT able to cancel or delete my payment method on my end and cant get ahold of anyone to successfully resolve my issues. Effectiveness: On all platforms, I am NOT seeing a return on investment. quality of marketing is below average and not well thought out. Technology and Digital Tools: Difficulties with using online resources, including technical problems that impact the usability of services. Not able to edit or control my account on my end. Can't get a hold of customer support to help resolve any of my issues Over all: My dissatisfaction and overall experience is disappointing to say the least. I would NOT ever recommend this company to anyone.Buyer BEWARE: ************ feels like something that is going to show up on American Greed.

    I ordered 100 custom made magazines from people for our insurance business. They never mentioned that this was an ongoing subscription forever service. After the first charge on my credit card, I contacted the company to cancel the service with no response. We just disputed the subscription charges on our card. Seems like this company its not honest explaining you what their service its about. A great example of shady and dishonest business practices.

    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against ReminderMedia for charging my credit card account for services that I did not agree to and for enrolling me in a recurring subscription without my consent or signed agreement.On late April/early May, I purchased a one-time service from ReminderMedia, which included 50 magazines (which I used) and digital presence assistance (which I did not use). I clearly understood and agreed that this was a one-time transaction. At no point was I informed that this purchase would result in a recurring subscription, nor did I sign any agreement or provide consent for such a subscription.Despite this, ReminderMedia has charged me for ongoing services that I did not request or use. I believe this practice is deceptive and unethical, as it was not made clear that I would be automatically enrolled in a recurring payment plan. ReminderMedia charged on two separate occasions, on June 1st for the amount of $344.31 and July 27th for the amount of $349.30. No where did I consent to these charges or how the service to be rendered except the first 50 magazine order.I have reached out to ReminderMedia directly to address this issue, requesting a full refund of the unauthorized charges and the immediate cancellation of any recurring subscription. However, I feel it is necessary to bring this matter to the attention of the BBB to prevent others from experiencing similar issues. as can be seen on your website, similar victims complained about the exact same issue of deceiving marketing tactics.I respectfully request the BBB's assistance in resolving this matter, ensuring that I am refunded in full for any unauthorized charges and that ReminderMedia's practices are reviewed to protect other consumers from similar situations.Thank you for your attention to this complaint.     On June 15th, 2024, we paid $260.90 to ReminderMedia for a one-time branded printing of 50 magazines for our business, AlarconMusicStudios, LLC. From the beginning, we agreed this was a trial experience due to our limited client base and made it clear we did not need a monthly service. We were assured that we could postpone the printing and were in no rush to submit. However, as different representatives took over, we received conflicting information about losing our initial $99 promotion fee if we didn't order immediately. To avoid losing this fee, we rushed our order.After receiving and approving the magazines, we considered our business with ReminderMedia complete. Despite this, on June 15, 2024, we were charged $260.90 for an unauthorized order of new magazines. We contacted ReminderMedia and received no response until July 22nd when they accidentally reached out for a different matter. We informed them of the unauthorized charge, but they did not address our concerns.Throughout our interaction, ReminderMedia repeatedly emailed us about participating in the next printing, which we ignored, believing they were just reminders if we wanted another printing. We never approved a second printing. At no point did ReminderMedia convey that this was a monthly service, and we explicitly stated from the beginning that we were only interested in a one-time order.ReminderMedia claims that we signed a contract by logging into their portal, but this was done under the guidance of their representative without any mention of agreeing to a monthly service. This feels like a scam due to their lack of transparency. Upon discovering the unauthorized charge, we immediately called but received no response. We finally spoke to a representative by chance and requested a refund, offering to return the magazines. They refused, only offering a 30% refund despite admitting their communication was misleading and admitting this was not our fault.

    I have asked reminder media numerous times to cancel my subscription, deactivated my account, and to not charge my card on file over the past 2 months through their email support, support portal, and through the support number. All time they say they will have a manager contact me to cancel my subscription. However this never happens. No matter what I do I cannot unlink my card on file to stop further charges nor will they cancel this subscription. This company is a scam!
