    I have been charged several times by this company when I have not authorized the charges, or agreed to buying the product they are charging for. I have done business with this company in the past. I have never agreed to revolving charges, nor have I agreed to their digital marketing. I did not express any interest in doing any future business with them. I agreed to the one time transaction with this company.

    Spoke to CEO after he finally called me - due to my pervious complaint- took filing a formal complaint before someone would call me back. He agreed to send out another run of magazines free of charge instead of giving me a refund. I agreed. I just noticed they then tried to charge me ****** for that run of magazines after it was agreed that this run would be free. This is completely criminal as I never agreed to pay for a new run of magazines. This seems like a scam and I will continue to complain until I hear from the CEO again and have an email contract with a refund and them stating they will not charge my card. I will be canceling my card so this cannot happen again. *********** when a company is allowed to do this. I will also report this to my group of over ****** agents who will make everyone aware of this companies practices. One last chance to make it right! I can't even log into my account as they seem to have changed my password and email. Scary- RUN!

    I am filing this complaint against ReminderMedia due to a lack of transparency and failure to properly disclose a contractual obligation involving a 6-print commitment.When I signed up for their services, I was not clearly informed that I would be locked into a 6-print (six-issues) commitment for their magazine service. This information was either omitted or not made clear during the sales or onboarding process. As a result, I was surprised to find that canceling the service early would incur a substantial fee or continued billing obligatiofn.I believe this practice is misleading and does not align with fair business practices. Customers should be clearly and prominently informed of any long-term commitment before agreeing to a service. This lack of disclosure has caused me undue financial stress and frustration.I attempted to resolve this issue by contacting ReminderMedia and spoke to ***** directly, who was gracious in explaining I signed an agreement, agreeing to my obligation. He volunteered to forward a copy of the agreement that I never received a copy. Desired Outcome:1.Immediate cancellation of my account and any further obligations or billing.2.A full refund of the amount I have already paid.3.Complete remove me from the platform.4.A formal review of ReminderMedias sales process to ensure clear and honest communication of contract terms to all future customers.

    Thank you for the opportunity to address and resolve the concerns raised by the client. At ReminderMedia, we are committed to providing full transparency in our service terms and ensuring every client feels confident and supported throughout their experience with us.

    Upon review, wed like to clarify that all clients, including this individual, must review and accept our Service Agreement upon first logging into their account. This agreement is a required step before any services can proceed and clearly outlines the structure of our engagement:
    - The initial magazine mailing is offered as a trial.

    If not canceled prior to the second mailing deadline, the client automatically enters into a 5-issue continuation, for a total of 6 issues, as stated in the Service Agreement.

    - A copy of this signed agreement is automatically emailed to the client for their records upon acceptance.

    In addition to the agreement itself, we take the following steps to ensure clarity and offer multiple opportunities for cancellation or adjustment prior to commitment:

    - Reminder During Onboarding: Clients receive a clear reminder of the cancellation deadline during onboarding, along with a calendar invite to mark the date.

    - Written Reminders: Two separate email reminders are sent prior to the second mailing deadline, specifically advising clients of their options to cancel or update preferences.

    - Text Message Reminder: As an additional safeguard, clients receive a text message reminder in advance of the deadline.All communications are documented in writing to eliminate any ambiguity and to ensure all expectations are clearly outlined and accessible.

    Resolution Status: We understand and empathize with the clients concern and regret any confusion caused. Although the agreement and reminders were properly delivered as outlined, we have honored the clients request and can confirm the following actions have been completed:

    - Immediate Cancellation: The client's account will be canceled and will no longer receive mailings or communications from ReminderMedia. We will reach out to the client in attempts to resolve matters further to potentially include any credits/refunds to the client's account.

    - Complete Removal from Platform: The clients profile and data have been placed inactive in our system in accordance with privacy and data handling policies.

    - Internal Review: We take all feedback seriously. While we already have multiple layers of disclosure in place, we are conducting a formal review of our sales and onboarding communications to further enhance clarity and transparency for all future clients.

    We sincerely apologize for the frustration this client experienced. Our goal is always to deliver exceptional service and proactive communication. We believe this matter has been fully resolved, and we are committed to using this feedback to reinforce a customer-first approach across all touchpoints.

    I am looking for a refund for services that were never provided. I called into ReminderMedia on 3/19 to cancel my service with them. This would mean I would receive a full refund on my ****************** ads and I would prevent any future charges from happening. They promised me that when I signed up for the ads, if I found it wasnt in my budget, I could cancel before they went into effect and get my money back. I called in on 3/19 to do so. They quickly cancelled my service and I was to receive a call back regarding my refund. No such call took place. I finally called back on 4/21 because another charge of $499 came up on my bank statement. This was appalling since I had already called to cancel my service and they assured me my card information would not be used in the meantime. I was placed on hold and was told they had to have someone else call me. I asked their timeline on having someone call me since I never had a callback previously as promised. She assured me it would be the same day since this is an urgent matter. No one ever called me back - I called at 9:51 AM giving them ample time for a callback. I now feel at this point they are diverting me to try to prevent me from getting a refund. I have expressed I do not want their services yet they are not wanting to refund me and are still charging me for their unwanted services.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, ****** has stated they will be providing me a refund for the postcard cancellation. As I had proof that it was supposed to be canceled. I will pause the magazine portion until April when I can make a final decision with **** T**** So at this time I will accept the resolution. What I dont accept is the fact that they make it very difficult to cancel and response time. It was resolved once they were informed it was going to BBB. Now if the refund does not happen I will be asking to reopen it. 2/13/25

    Signed up for a single mailing with ReminderMedia at Christmas. Cost of $547. They completed this mailing fine. Then they sent out a ******* mailing and billed me again for $547. Now they notified me they were about to send out a February mailing for the same cost again. I signed up for the service "verbally" in person with a representative in our ******************. I specifically confirmed that I was only being signed up for a single mailing and was guaranteed that was how I was sent-up. I've called in, spoken with a representative, I've emailed them, and they continue to send out mailings and charging me. There is NO signed contract, NO form filled out, nothing.

    I signed up for a no contract 1 time magazine run through this company. Everything was excellent. In January (3 weeks ago) I noticed another charge for another round of magazines. I called 2 of the people at the company I worked with, no answer or call back. I then sent emails, no response. I called customer service, they said they will cancel my account effective ****************************, and that someone would call me to confirm. After a week I went online and chatted with a person, she said someone did call me but I checked my phone while I was chatting with her, there was no call. I gave her my phone number again. She said someone would reach our very soon. It has been another week and no one has reached out. I am now sitting here again, waiting for a human to come to the chat, and no one is here..... I think this company is a scam. I was told it was a one time magazine run, and we even have recorded video of me saying I would think about doing a few a year for the summer and the holidays. They said this is very common and we can get another magazine later when I want one. I have spoken to so many people including Summer ******, ****** *****, ****** ******, and 2 other people in my dealings with them. They just keep saying they will have someone reach out. I dont know what to do.

    THIS COMPANY IS a thief and A liar . They stole my money never gave me my product then promised a refund a month ago and still havent sent my check . DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are scammers
