I have never heard of Fliff Inc nor ever purchased anything from this company. Fliff fraudulently accessed my bank account and made 4 withdrawal transactions in the amount of $399.98. I have no idea how they obtained my banking information (possibly hacked), but I am currently working with my bank to recover the monies that were criminally taken.Initial Complaint

I made a withdrawal from Fliff for $2000 on January 5, 2023. They, for a reason unknown to me, canceled the withdrawal request and made a new one on January 7 (in the same minute). They then said the withdrawal was completed on January 10 to my bank account, but it was not. I never got the money. I have withdrawn with them several times before and have gotten all the money except for this time. My main concern is I want this $2000 because I withdrew it and never got it. I have contacted their customer support at least 15 times and have not received an answer over the last several months. I needed the $2000 to pay for my school (and still do). Not getting it has costed me almost $500 in interest charges. Furthermore, I gambled in Minnesota from January 21 and on and I did not know that it was against their policy to bet in Minnesota. They continued to let me place bets in Minnesota where the app supposedly does not support. In their Rules and Regulations it says that any bet placed in a non-supported jurisdiction is void. I believe this means that I should be refunded the money that I bet while in Minnesota, which is approximately $14,000. I did, however, win $2000 more in Minnesota and received that payment. So I should be refunded approximately $12,000 for being allowed to bet in Minnesota. The $12,000 from betting in Minnesota I still feel like I am owed a refund because their rules say bets in this area are voided. But I FOR SURE and 100% am entitled to the $2000 that Fliff said the withdrawal was successful but was not. I made bets and withdrawals prior to January 21 in North Dakota, where the app is usable.Initial Complaint

I deposited $550 into the Fliff app. I ended up winning about $4500 through the app, but have not received any of the money. I have tried on numerous occasions to withdraw different amounts, while I had it in my balance -- these amounts ranged from multiple $2500 withdrawals, $500, and $600. Each and every time, it stated that the withdrawal was unsuccessful. Then when I reached out to customer service many times, they responded with the same generic response each time. Every time, they would state something along the lines of "it may take up to 3 weeks to receive your payment, withdrawals $500 and less usually take a shorter time, we are unable to give more information, please contact your bank." I have tried withdrawing with 2 or 3 different banks and have contacted each of them. All of which stated that they were never contacted by Fliff or anyone regarding the withdrawals that I requested. They gladly took my money, but were negligent and unfulfilling when trying to claim the money that I won. I've asked multiple times to speak to someone on the phone, in which they just stopped responding by email. I need this situation resolved, and I need my money that I was trying to withdraw ($2500, since I couldn't withdraw the remaining while this amount was in the process).Please help me out, as this company has been impossible to work with, and are complete frauds.Initial Complaint

I deposited $100 to make a bet on the app for the ***** ****. I won the best and received $137 for it. I then withdrew my $237 to my bank and it says it was deposited on the 27th of February and when I look in my bank statements it was never deposited.Initial Complaint

I withdrew 50 dollars from fliff, they tell me on the app that the withdrawal is complete and gone through but I never received anything. I submitted a help ticket detailing this to them and got a response that was generic and very clear my help ticket hadn’t actually been read. Hello, Okay So i won 700 dollars from the company last night and I try to withdraw but since my ID is ripped in half so it wasn’t going through I used my moms ID with her clearly knowing and I couldn’t get a face ID on her either because she lives out of state. So these people decided to deactivate my account with 700 dollars because they didn’t wanna pay me. That’s theft and a felony they deactivated my account for using my mothers ID my own mothers and she’s angry too because that was her own personal account! I have pictures and proof I had 700 dollars and proof that they deactivated my account for 0 reason!!! Something needs to be done about them.Initial Complaint

On December 7, 2022 I placed a wager for $138 to win $495 and some change.After winning that wager my account balance was $700. I initiated a withdraw and initially it said it was being processed. And on December 12 they said it was processed. I have reached out to Fliff customer support multiple times and have yet to receive any feedback. After doing research theres a lot of people that fliff has been taking money from unrightfully and not saying anything about it.My goal with all this is to figure out what the problem is behind all this and receive the money they owe me
