      FLIFF took ******* from my checking account I do not have an account with them. I have sent several messages No Reply. I tried calling NO Answer. They took ***** x 53 times from my account.

      I have been using the Fliff app for a few months. I now have 13.7k of money on my account. They no longer allow me to bet (which is their right), presumably because I have done well. I tried withdrawing over a week ago, and they asked me to upload ID, which I did. I got a message that they are verifying my account and that it should take a few moments. It has now been nearly two weeks and no response. I have sent numerous emails, but nothing in response.

      Fliff is a sports betting application that I have been using for a few years. I have recently 9/22-9/25/23 have won $856. This is after I made small deposits to build up my winnings. When I went to withdraw my funds they claim I have violated their rules by creating more than one account so I could obtain free promo's. That is absolutely false. I asked them to send me proof which they have not. The only thing I did was create another account under a different phone number. The reason I did this is because I quit working at a job and had to return phone. Therefore, I created another account because my phone numbers changed and I enjoy the application. I asked them to check activity on this "other account" so it can see that I have no had activity for over a year. In other words, no promotions. In addition on 9/21 I was able to withdraw $280 so that went thru. I feel like Fliff is doing this because I have over $800 in account. Why was I able to withdraw one day, but not the next. I kindly ask they unlock my account so I can withdraw. I did not violate any rules. I have been a loyal member. In addition, they stopped me from withdrawing but they didn't stop me from depositing or still play. They will still take my money or want me to lose money i have by playing. There claim was I violated rules by having multiple accounts. Why have they accepted money from me over the past couple years? They verify upon withdrawal but do not verify when they take my bank account or credit card. I appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you.

      Over the past year or so I've used Fliff for sweepstakes on sporting events. Today, 9/12/2023 they disabled and locked my account with a remaining balance of $400 owed to me (possibly more depending on the outcomes of certain sporting events. I can jot access the app or my account to withdraw anything and they are not responding to my emails

      Fliff is refusing to pay out these bets. They graded their mythical "fliff coins" as wins but the cash bets canceled as "no action".

      Subject: Unfair Treatment at FLIFF INC Online Casino - Seeking BBB Mediation I am writing to address a concerning issue with FLIFF INC, an online casino, involving the denial of my credits, suspension from their sweepstakes, and the withholding of funds in my account. Despite my attempts to resolve this with FLIFF INC, they have failed to provide a satisfactory response.Throughout my association, I have actively participated in their sweepstakes, following all rules and investing my own money. However, I was suddenly suspended without a valid explanation, labeled a "professional sweepstake player," a claim I firmly dispute.Over 800 pending letters were denied credits without proper explanation, leaving me feeling undervalued. Furthermore, FLIFF INC persistently denies my $1600 withdrawal request.I seek the BBB's assistance to mediate this matter, hoping to withdraw my funds and receive credits for the denied letters.       I have sent out mail in sweepstakes requests for Fliff Cash starting on the 26th of April to around mid May. According to Fliff's terms, each mail in entry should credit 10 Fliff Cash to my account.To this day I have still not received any credits to my account, and all of my inquiries to Fliff regarding the status of these entries have not been responded to.When I send a support ticket, Fliff responds that they have escalated the issue to the proper department however; I never receive a response back from the proper department. It has been over a month from my first communication about this issue and I still have no further information regarding my entries.

      Fliff was supposed to pay me out days ago its been a full week and they have not paid me my funds to ****** yet and it doesn't take that long to pay me so I feel the company gets upset when you win money and attempt to hold your money as long as they can I would like my money in my account asap

      I won 1,870 dollars on fliff may 25th I was told the first time that it was a bank error and my bank said they never declined anything I also have tried other ways and still havent received any form of payment they said it should take only between 1-3 business days for totals under 600 so I did 500 on the 7th of June and havent receive that ether I believed that they tale peoples money and do not pay them out multiple have said they have the same problems as me the app needs to be shut down immediately and should be taken off all app stores until they pay people out.
