    paid in lump sum for Platinum Protection and they threw in wheels and tires. Found out why. They don't cover anything so they can cover everything you have, because they aren't gonna pay for any expense that you have.

    SCAM ARTISTS DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I purchased the Premium warranty for my Audi S4 (my 4th S4) and specifically went over parts that would be covered prior to purchasing. Now all of a sudden the parts they said were covered aren't, and they nickel and dime the things they can't squirm out of. For example, my water pump needs to be replaced which generally costs $1,200 to $1,400. Concord approved $750 based on "their data", which no shop would ever charge so you'll be on the hook for a lot of extra money. These guys also never respond to any communication when there are claims to be approved. It took them over a week to respond to my mechanic while my car was sitting at the shop and it was only after I called them multiple times to complain. You're better off throwing the cost of the warranty in a savings account and paying for repairs out of pocket when they come.

    I’ve had a plan for two years and never needed to use it. Then i sold my car and requested a refund of the unused part of my policy ($301). After SUX times of requesting and them promising it was coming, still NO REFUND. I guess I’m glad I didn’t need a repair, because I’m not sure they would have covered that either. Poor customer service. Steve

    I think this company has no intentions on offering protection for it's clients, but makes it's profits off of cancelation fees. I canceled a policy, was charged over 500.00 dollars for cancelation, and have YET to receive a full refund. It's been weeks now, and they're crediting my money back in pieces, after numerous, exhausting phone calls.

    We have faced nothing but disappointment from this company and its representatives. The service we have received whenever we have called in is anything but exceptional. We have called for updates daily, constantly told we are to speak with Michael Sullivan, who is said to be the manager, and continually informed that we would be taken care of, yet, no follow-up nor care towards our concerns was shown. Michael was supposedly in meetings every day, every hour of his work week. There were even a couple of occasions where you could tell he would pick up the transferred call and hang up immediately! The first issue we faced was their lack of attention. It took Concord Auto Protect 2-3 weeks to review the adjuster's report after he inspected the vehicle in the service department. Throughout the 2-3 weeks, they promised to wrap up the review by the end of the day or, at worst, the following day. No matter how many times we called them for an update, the same was told to us repeatedly. Once they FINALLY reviewed the report, they tried to get out of coverage liability because they believed our vehicle was being used for commercial purposes. Mind you; this topic was brought up when we initially contacted them to sign up for their service contract. We clarified that it was not the case that the vehicle was simply titled under both the owner and the company for insurance reasons. They understood and accepted, writing us a policy with their company. The good thing, we had their approval in writing! Only after we proved this to them did they approve the work required. As much as we hoped that would have been the end of a horrible customer experience, it wasn't. The approval amounts are nowhere near the cost of the repairs in total, the right parts can't be sourced, and their response to the matter continues to be poor. We have worked with other service providers in the past; please avoid this company, look into Maxcare, they never treated us as poorly as this company.

    This company will s a total scam and will do whatever they can to delay the claims process while looking for ways to ultimately deny the claim. They asked for a cost breakdown from my mechanic, done no problem. Then they wanted pictures of the vehicle and defective parts. That was done. Then a few days later said they’re sending an inspector to look at the vehicle. So far nobody has inspected the vehicle or set up an appointment To do so. It’s been over a week and I’m stuck paying for a rental that they won’t cover

    I have had the same TERRIBLE experience as the other customers. I bought a policy about six months ago. I paid a deposit and was paying monthly. Then when my car needed to be repaired, I could not get a response. The shop also tried emailing estimates, and no response. Still, days later, no one ever called back or emailed back; it is a total disaster, and I have been tricked by Concord Auto Policy. I paid out of pocket for the repairs since I don't expect a response at this point. I would no longer recommend anyone purchase a warranty that was not offered by a reputable dealership. These "warranty companies" are not worth the distress of being scammed and deceived.

    This is a rip off. Do not purchase a warranty through them. They are not a reputable company. They just give you the run around when you call for assistance.

    This place is an absolute joke. Horrible practices. I purchased a warranty, had an issue and they claim it was pre-existing, without ever sending someone to look at vehicle. No phone calls from them, only emails to the shop. But the shop had to email them over and over to get an answer, then they made multiple phone calls and couldn't even get an adjustor on the phone. Five days after initiating a claim, the shop had to contact them to find out what the deal was, nobody would answer the phone for them, they got an email from an "adjustor." Then Michael Solomon comes into the picture. I have spoken to this man 7+ times. Initially to try to get the issue warrantied but then once I realized that wouldn't happen, I decided to cancel. I talked to Michael Solomon to tell him to cancel my policy on Dec 19th, he told me the money would be back on my card within 3-5 days. I gave them through the holiday, as I know things take a little longer, but now here it is Jan 12th and still nothing, even after speaking with him again January 5th, then I called him again on the January 6th but he was "busy" and now I just called again on the 12th and again he was "busy" and not available to talk. This business will not return phone calls at all. The gentleman I just spoke with actually told me that they don't have time to return phone calls because "they are helping pregnant broken down driver's in Buffalo and California." The price upfront is the cheapest you'll find and for good reason, this place is a scam. You'll hear things from them like, "let me see what I can do, I just have to talk to the board," then no phone call back. You'll hear, "let me talk to billing," then no phone call back. Then my favorite, "Michael is busy, let me send him an interagency memo'" then no phone call back. I would never recommend this place based to my worst enemy.

    This vehicle warranty company uses deceptive sales practices to sell you their extended warranty coverage. I purchased a policy from them for my BMW and cancelled it within the first 2 months after they denied coverage for electrical repairs. They kept almost 20% of my $3,300 payment and pro-rated a refund even though they never paid for any repairs!
    I would not do business with them again and encourage others NOT to purchase any of their extended warranties.
