I haven’t paid any money, but I have heard of this business being a scam. They’ve been calling me non-stop about a debt that I owe. The thing is, I’ve paid it off years ago. I haven’t owed on anything for years. They are trying to take money from people who are fearful about their credit reports. This place should be closed down, it’s a scam.Business Response

I've been receiving calls 2 and 3 times a day for the past couple of months from numbers beginning with 267. They show up on my phone as fbc (or something close to that.) A message has never been left in the 2 months of daily calls. I blocked the numbers because I don't know who it is. I started receiving calls from a "hidden number," 2, 3 times a day which I assume is the same people and these can't be blocked. Yesterday I received 3 back to back calls from the blocked numbers and one today. I ******* the name and it states it's a debt collector. I don't owe any debts and there isn't anything on my credit. If I owed a debt, I would think they would leave a message or send a letter. I'm requesting fbc cease and desist calling me, at this point this is harassment. Thank you.Business Response

FBCS Inc. are trying to illegally collect on an account from ******* **** *********** (account# ****************, balance: $2766.54) despite mailing them a copy of a *** ******* Police Report (incident number ************). This violates the FCRA and further legal action will be taken if they do not deleted this fraudulent tradeline from my credit reports immediately. I am a documented victim of identity theft with police reports, FTC report, and other legal documents. Please delete this fraud tradeline from my credit reports immediately. I am rejecting this response because:I have already emailed fraud documentation to this company multiple times. I have sent them all a detailed letter and including a copy of my official *********** Police Department report from October 2022. That police report specifically names this account and question, with the exact balance. This company, as well as the original creditor, are both in possession of these documents, which were sent multiple times in 2022. This company is now just making excuses and trying to draw things out instead of taking the blame and marking that account as fraudulent, ceasing, collection, activity, and no longer reporting. I cannot accept this resolution because it is not a resolution.

Hello,for the 2nd time in 1 year this company sent me an aggressive letter for a debt that is not mine. It is for a ******** credit. I have a credit card that is in good standing with ********, and my credit limit is only $3000. This debt they are trying to collect is $11,438.49! The Discover account number is not mine either. This company says they are collecting a debt for ********* *********** *** LLC. I feel you better complain to them too. Thank you! FBCS has been calling me while I block the calls every time. They do not leave a voice message and when i picked up they never identify who im speaking with. I have no debts currently that can be held liable in court or can be pursued. According to state law that was told to me by my attorney, after 6 years the debt is discharged and cannot be pursued to pay. That being said, the last 6 years I have not opened any sort of credit or loans except for my Bachelors Degree which is being paid for by the Federal Government. I want them to stop calling and pursue other candidates that are able to be held for that debt, which I am not.Business Response

FBCS has called my number every week. It doesn't matter if I answer or if I let it go to voicemail. They say nothing and then hang up. I am formally requesting they stop contacting me by phone and only mail, if they have any real reason to contact me.Business Response

I received a letter from FBCS Inc. address 330 South Warminster Rd. Suite 353 Hatboro, PA 19041 on 13 October the reference number to this is ********* that is the reference number that they gave me they are claiming that I OCW nexus credit card holdings trust in the amount of $662.13 this was dated back on April 30, 2017 is when they’re saying I owe this money from now I clearly remember calling and telling these people that this credit card was not mine I never ordered a credit card from them and they had promised that they were closing the account this was back in 2017 I have had no contact from them since 2017 regarding this matter I don’t know who’s to blame if it’s an employee they did not do their job correctly but now I still there saying I owe this money I do not owe this money I want this debt rectified and off of my credit because it’s not mine it says that I have until November 21, 2022 to dispute this it is not my debt they had said they had closed the account I guess it’s my part that I should’ve followed through with my actions and contacted the company but I did not because I believed in the company as being truthful that they were doing what they were supposed to do I had never even had a credit card from them or any kind of contact so I don’t know who used my name my Social Security number my whatever’s to open up an account if that’s the case or if this is completely fraudulent I don’t know please help me with itBusiness Response
