I have attached supporting emails to show recent payments. the first alert came on 4/1/23.. receipts clearly show this is false as it was paid on well before

I am a victim of identity theft. I recently learned that my personal information was used to open an account at your company. I did not open or authorize this account, and I therefore request that it be closed immediately. I also request that NATIONAL RECOVERY AGENCY absolve me of all charges on the account, and that you take all appropriate steps to remove information about this account from my credit files.

I am not aware of this account. I have reached out to 3 Bureaus and NTL RECOVERY AGENCY to have this account removed from my file and they are always saying the same excuse, which is no longer acceptable. I have filed an FTC complaint because I believed this is an outcome of Identity Theft. Regardless of all actions done on my end, there was no action from 3 Bureaus. Thus, I am reaching out to seek assistance to have NTL RECOVERY AGENCY/ confirm that I have no account with them and Equifax and Transunion Bureaus can simply remove it from my credit report.

False, Inaccurate and defaming Information reported repeatedly to the Credit Reporting Agency. I didn't have an account with the company (**********) they claim I owe during the time in question. I have lived in Florida since the before the pandemic in 2020. I attempted to have this remedied via the ******** website, but the company (NRA) upheld the false information. I look forward to having them clear this up prior to the 30-day deadline.
