Harassment regarding debt owed, disrespectful agents calling and harassing family members including partner, mother, and sister. Im addition to calling once a day recently its been several calls a day to myself and then another 1-2 calls to each family members who has asked them to stop. am aware of this tradeline unlawfully reporting on my consumer report. And would like to conduct a further investigation. Please submit all documents that you have submitted to consumer reporting agencies. That you used to create this tradeline on my credit report. I have reason to believe that you unlawfully obtained my personal identification information. Without my prior consent; which, you have used to create this tradeline on my credit report. let me explain, if you have used my Name and any other personal identifiable information such as: a social security card, driver license, or my address. Without a signed agreement between me and your agency. That expresses mutual assent from both parties. Then you are facing some serious penalties under the UNITED STATES CODE. Pursuant 18 USC 1028A Aggravated identity theft. (See United States v. ***, 737 F.3d 129, 134) "Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 1028A(a)(1), a person is guilty of aggravated identity theft if, in relation to any crime listed in § 1028A(c), he "knowingly . . . uses, without lawful authority, a means of identification of another person." The statute defines the term "means of identification". To mean "any name or number that may is used alone, or in conjunction with any other information. To identify a specific individual, including any name, social security number, [or] date of birth." Meaning if you used 2 separate forms of identification without my consent. Then you committed aggravated identity theft under 18 USC 1028A. If you delete this tradeline then i will drop my claim.Business Response

This debt collector engaged in abusive, deceptive, and unfair practices of the FDCPA which it prohibits. They furnished this account that we didn't agree upon and I didn't sign an agreement on. A legal contract is signed by two parties and I did not participate in any of it. More so they didn't follow the proper 5 step validation procedure which make this unfair practices. Dear NRA Group LLC; You violated §1692d of the FDCPA by engaging in conduct that the natural consequences of which was to harass, oppress, and abuse client in connection with the collection of an alleged debt and the collection letter you sent me which contains veiled and empty threats of legal action; You violated §1692e of the FDCPA by its use of any false, deceptive, or misleading representation or means in connection with the collection of any debt when you engaged in, at least, the following discrete violations of § 1692e; You violated §1692e(2)(A) of the FDCPA with its false representation of the character, amount, or legal status of any debt and the collection letter you sent me which contains veiled threats of legal action against me, the client; You violated § 1692e(5) of the FDCPA by its threat to take any action that cannot legally be taken or that is not intended to be taken when you sent me the collection letter contains veiled threats of legal action against me, the client; You violated § 1692g(b) of the FDCPA by engaging in collection activities that overshadowed or was inconsistent with the disclosure of the consumer’s right to dispute the debt with the language it used in the Collection Letter; and You violated § 1692f of the FDCPA by its use of unfair or unconscionable means to collect or attempt to collect any debt when you engaged in all of the misconduct alleged herein. This company put a collections on my account that was inaccurate. I had to go through 5 companies to even figure out where this bill came from. Come to find out the original company has to redact it but trying to get this company to call the credit bureaus isn't happening. They brought my credit score down over 101 points but they aren't in a rush to fix their mistake. This has caused me financial and mental hardships. I need this removed not tomorrow but today. It's very quick to put it on my credit but they act like they have to jump through hoops to take it off.Business Response

National Recovery Agency works as a collector for National Grid. They have had all the information requested by them since March of 2023. They have ignored my attempts to show just cause why this collection should be removed. The supervisor who I’ve spoken to ***** (he said his name was) has ignored my call backs to give me a status update. It has been 8 months with this agency.
