    Coventry Direct's agent provided excellent service in handling the sale of my life insurance policy. He guided me through the process of the sale and assisted in my completion of the multiple required documents. He acted very professionally and provided regular progress updates during the process.

    Coventry Direct and it's agent, ****** ***********, gave my wife and I a blessing for our future. They purchased my life insurance policy and took the burden of additional premiums and possible total loss off our shoulders. ****** was exceptionally thorough in getting all the pertinent information and processing this in a very timely manner.     Coventry Direct representative ****** ******* was very professional to work with. He made himself available at all times, answered my questions, followed through and helped me understand Coventry Direct's proposal. As to Coventry Direct, I was very disappointed in their offer considering there was a substantial amount of money left in the policy. Their business model was good for them but definitely not for me.

    I had a very good experience with ***** as my "go to guy" at Coventry. We had a few hiccups along the way but, he was "on it"! When we ran up against a temporary roadblock (where I was going to be out of US for a month), ***** was very accommodating and as soon as I returned, we got everything ironed out.Once I got everything turned it for Coventry's underwriters, my check arrived sooner than I expected by next day air, "BOOM", done !!!Since I had such a good experience with Coventry, I was telling a good friend all about the whole process. He asked me to give him the name of who I used to sell my policy. Hopefully my review will allow others to have a good experience like I had. Thank you Coventry (and *****)

    The Coventry process of selling my insurance policy went smoothly and professionally.**** ****** did a great job of working with us and keeping us informed.The process itself took a bit longer than expected, but everyone worked hard to keep it moving.Overall, it was a very, very good job!
