    Please delete all of my data. Name, insurance company, policy info, phone, email, birth date, etc. Please delete all of my personal data. I have asked numerous times and seen no evidence it has taken place.

    We sold my spouses life insurance to Coventry Direct in December of 2023. We did not receive a tax form from our prior insurer ********************* ***************** reflecting the basis amount of our policy. When we contacted them, they stated they could not release the information to us because we no longer owned the policy and that Coventry had sold the policy to ***** Fargo. I contacted **************** who could not help suggesting Coventry should have ensured our receipt of the basis amount tax form as a completion of their transaction. I contacted Coventry twice. The person who followed our sale and the main number who forwarded me to their tax line. I have received no response. I cannot file taxes without this tax documentation.

    They claim to buy insurance policies. When I reached out to them they said they wouldnt but didnt explain why. Am I too old, policy too expensive, etc. I suspect they are just data mining

    Coventry is the leading purchaser of life insurance policies in the secondary market for life insurance. Together with its affiliates, Coventry has purchased more than ****** policies and delivered more than $5.6 billion to policyowners. However, not all life insurance policyowners will qualify to sell their policies. 

    We prominently list the minimum qualifications throughout our advertising and website, stating that policyowners must usually be at least 65 years old and own a life insurance policy of $100,000 or more to qualify. ************** self-reported age is more than twenty years below the threshold, and other factors that sometimes permit younger policyowners to qualify were not present. Therefore, this policy was not a good candidate for a life settlement.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    no they dont make this info transparent on their website.  If I knew I was not qualified I never would have asked.  I looked. It should be open on their website. They should say upfront.  They refused to say why I didnt qualify multiple times when I asked.  Now that I know.  
    Please have them delete my records.  All of my data.
