I purchased several jars of Amish jam on Kitchn , on July 2. After 3 1/2 weeks I have not received my order. I called their phone that was on the order, this merchant never answered so I left messages. Nobody ever answers or calls back. I placed an order on July 18. I have called the store 6 times since last Friday and emailed them twice concerning my order. The automated phone message said leave name and number and they will contact within 24 hours. It has been 8 days since my first call and I have yet to receive a call back concerning my order. On June 3rd, 2024 my wife ordered onlne 2 jars of pickled eggs which cost ***** to be shipped to our address. Placed an order back around May 19th for several products. Finally got a shipment in and they sent the wrong thing. I ordered 6 different products and received 1 product that I did not order at all. I have tried calling and leaving messages multiple times, their voice prompt states that someone will get back to you within 24 hours, which never happen. I have sent multiple emails to get no response. At **** point I would just be happy with a refund. This business is absolutely terrible. My Order was only 50 dollars but it's the principle. Do better! It is very unprofessional to not even acknowledge my voicemails and emails. What can I do at this point?Initial Complaint

Ordered 18 20 oz bottles of ***'s Peach Tea on June 14th, Order #******. I finally received 9 of the bottles after I stated to cancel the order. The other 9 bottles are still not received. On June 26th I received this response: "Thank you for shopping with us. I am not sure why the other shipment is not moving. I have passed this along to the operations manager so he can review and resolve." Still no results. Received a response that they are trying to blame the *********** for not shipping so I sent the following email on June 26th: "Here's what the *********** said:**** Logo Hello ***********************,A shipping label has been prepared for your item. Order #****** I place on order on May 26,2024. I checked my order online and it says partially shipped on May 30, 2024. Never received any order. Tried calling, call goes directly to voicemail. Contacted online and received this response;Hello Thank you for shopping with us. I looked into your order and see that only part of it has been shipped out. I have reached out to the warehouse to find out why they have not shipped out the rest. Once I learn more, I will get back to you. We do apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. Ordered 24 - 24 ounce root beers. They were shipped in two separate shipments over a month. First one had 11 and second one had 11. That's 22. Not 24. I simply want what I paid for. Business is most likely run by one person. **************** line is an automated message that all representatives are busy. Left multiple voicemails with no return contact over a monthlong period. I want what I paid for.
