      I ordered 4 bottles of barbeque sauce from this company on July 28th, 2025. As of today August 13th, 2025, I have not received my order. All emails when you inquire about your order states that they are busy and it could take up to 3 days for a response. When I've called, 3 times now, the answering machine states that they are busy with other customers and to leave a message, order number, and phone number and someone will get back to you. Crickets. This "business" is just under 4 miles from where I live. I had left a message asking to pick up my order. Crickets. I now want my money back and told them that in the message and that I will be reporting this business to the police. Crickets. They have a website to order from, looks perfectly legit. *************************************** Company has not contacted me with the status of my order and have not heard back on my refund for $37.86. They CANNOT continue to do this. Something needs to be done.

      I appreciate your prompt response.  My order arrived yesterday, August 18th. 

      With that said, I will not be ordering from this business again.  They are not concerned about the customer experience.

      Order number: ****** Date: 6/10/25 Total price paid: $25.30 Contacted Kitch'n customer service: 6/18/25; automatic email reply received same day Dispute filed with credit card: 6/25/25 Item shipped: 6/27/25 **** tracking number: ********************** Item delivered: 7/3/25 I ordered this item as a Father's Day gift and had it shipped directly to my dad. When my order status indicated that it still had not been processed more than one week after I placed it, I contacted customer service. I received an auto reply message indicating that all orders were delayed. No timeline or additional information was provided. My order status remained unchanged when I checked it a week later, so I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I assumed my dad would never receive his gift since it had been 15 days and the order still had not been fulfilled, even though payment posted to my card. 2 days after I filed the dispute, the order shipped. It arrived in poor condition more than 3 weeks after I placed the order online. The box was shipped as-is with no packing materials and took a beating. The fragile contents (potato chips) were broken into bits. I received notice on 7/17/25 that my dispute had been rejected by the credit card company. Kitch'n provided proof of delivery and I was found to be responsible for the charge.Kitch'n has a 30 day refund policy. I am seeking a full refund of the purchase price plus shipping. I will order my dad's favorite snacks elsewhere next time.

      Placed order 6/11 and have yet to receive order. Tried emailing, calling on several occasions and won't answer or respond. Never received tracking number and zero communication especially since my bank account was deducted.

      Ordered 4 containers of dried pineapple on 5/24/25. I have sent 2 messages to them asking where my order is and I have gotten no response. Shipping was 7.50 and no still nothing

      The website is a scam. Ordered and never received items. Several reviews say the same thing. There is no one that picks up the phone or answers messages. The *** needs to look at this site. They apparently have stolen a lot of money and need to be shut down ASAP!

      I ordered 8 jars of Amish Pickled Peaches on February 10, 2025. I called and Emailed multiple times over the past two months inquiring as to the status of my order and never received any reply. Today, March 21, I received a box with 4 jars of Old Fashioned Peach Slices - NOT the Amish Pickled Peaches that I ordered. I will likely receive a second box of 4 more jars of Old Fashioned Peach Slices. I have, again, called their number and Emailed customer service requesting a full refund of $68.70. I have never had such a horrible experience with any other vendor in my life, and I am 74 years old! Kitch'n has no customer service or ethics whatsoever. They should not be in business.

      I placed an order on March 5, 2025 for candy. I paid $37.91. Order is still listed as paid and I have repeatedly emailed and called this company without any response. When you call the number you get a answering machine that states someone will call you back! They do NOT! The emails just goes unanswered.

      Details are on the picture of the receipt that is attached.I have tried numerous times to get in touch with someone at Kitch'n for an update to my order to no avail. I would either like to have my money back or get the products on the receipt that I ordered.

      I placed order with Kitch'n back Jan 18, 2025. I haven't received mynorder. I have called them a couple of times. It wanted you to leave a message and they would be back in touch with you within 24 hours. Never got a call back. I either want my product or my money back. The order was Amish Wedding Sweet Garlic **** Pickles. 32 oz jars. Thank you ****** **** please notify me if any more information is needed.
