      good morning,  we do send out automated calls to all accounts when service is delayed, or interrupted,   automatic credits are also being added to all accounts affected,  our phone lines are very busy,  but we are answering as best we can,  we can also be reached via email as it says on our calls when you call in

      We have been a customer for many years. Ever since the pandemic, they have been very irregular with picking up our trash weekly. There have been at least 10 times where it wasn't picked up for several days as well as at least twice where it had to sit until the following week, and at the same time, our cost has increased twice. Yet, they still expect to be paid ahead of time (we pay quarterly). This is unacceptable. I have also seen many complaints from other consumers in areas where the Township pays them for services. If you can't meet your commitment, we should be getting some sort of refund.

      I have service with eagle disposal they are suppose to pick up the trash every Friday but lately they are doing every other Friday when I pay for weekly service, tried to get in touch with them nobody answers the phone I've left voicemails,emails and nobody returns the message. I'm trying to cancel my service but nobody responds

      I had them for about a year and the last several weeks they didnt pick up my trash allowing it to pile up and the neighbors to complain. I had moved to a new address as of may and then I called to pay my bill of 115. They accepted the money and told me they would be out Tuesday at my new address to pick up the trash. Tuesday came and they did not come so I gave them a call and they said they dont have anyone running that route. I had asked for my money back since Im not being provided services and the woman on the phone said she would its been about ten days and still no refund. I have called and have not received any phone call back.

      Eagle Disposal of PA has missed two trash collection dates in the month of June 2023. They were unable to provide the service on Friday, June 9th. On that day we received a recorded message saying that they would come the next day to collect our trash and recycling, but on Saturday, June 10th they never showed up. We were the next week, so we can't speak to if they came or not, but they could have come up the driveway to get the trash that they missed the prior week. On Friday, June 23 they failed to show up again and we were not contacted via a recorded message. Today is Tuesday, June 27 and we have trash sitting in our can from the beginning of June. During the spring of 2023 Eagle Disposal of PA has missed numerous Friday collection dates, picking up on Saturday instead. Their inconsistent collections and price increases for a job not done each quarter are unacceptable.

      Good morning,  we do send out robo calls to all residences who are affected if we have a route delay,  if you are not receiving those messages we need an updated number on the account to assure connection.  unfortunately we are NOT permitted on personal property,  cans do need to be curbside,  we have added credit to all accounts for missed services.

      I am rejecting this response because I checked my account and no credits have been posted. Additionally, due to the lack of consistent service I have canceled services with Eagle Disposal and would ask that instead of credit that I am refunded for the collection dates that were missed.

      We’ve used this company for our trash for several years. Since Covid things have gone down hill. It was more understandable at the begging due to quarantine and high case numbers but now it’s becoming ridiculous. They skip our trash for 3 weeks saying it’s due to staffing shortages. Our trash got picked up on the 4th week and hasn’t been picked up since. It’s been 2 weeks again and it hasn’t been picked up. So in the last 6 weeks our trash was picked up once. I’ve tried for 4 days now to get ahold of someone so I can cancel my service but the phone either goes to voicemail and you don’t receive a call back or they pickup and immediately hang up the phone. I want a refund for my last bill since this service is prepaid so I can cancel and go with another company that will be more reliable.

      I paid Eagle Disposal $141.86 for 3 months of trash removal from my home from 5/01/2023 to 7/31/2023 to pick up the trash every Wednesday and starting June 7 & 14 2023 no trash pick up and no response to trash pick up for June 21 2023 as the trash is piling up and I'm out my money. I hope you look into it get the trash picked up and get a refund for the days missed. Once this pay cycle ends I'm getting another trash pick up company.

      Good afternoon,  all the credits are done through our controller,  unfortunately he did not get all the credits put into the accounts before corporate did billing,  this is a credit owed to to the customer, if they were to cancel service it would be refunded,  unfortunately our billing is quarterly,  but this does reflect on the account.

      The garbage and recycle provided by EAGLE DISPOSAL has always been poor during Covid they complained that they could not get anybody to drive their vehicles now they have surcharged everybody and I have called three times within the last month to find out if the garbage and or recycles were going to be picked up and they are still complaining that they cant get any drivers. With the latest complaint they pick up the garbage usually in the next day rather than the scheduled day thats supposed to be. They used to pick up recycle every single week then when they started having problems they hit us with a surcharge for the gas and they only pick up the recycle every other week with the recycle. They are making money on the recycle items that we are giving them. The management and supervision is very poor and they continue to have issues with pick up and increasing our quarterly charge almost double what I was paying a few years back getting less and paying more.

      I am rejecting this response because: This a poorly run business and for whatever reason you can NOT get their act together with garbage and recycle pickup. They need to step back and figure what THEY need too do in resolving not only MY issues but those of other customer who are suffering with this. Since being purchased by another company the services have suffered and the cost for garbage removal and recycling has increased. They have surcharged everyone because of increases fuel prices yet cutback on recycling to every other week rather than weekly. AND have had yearly increases in pickup making my quarterly rate increase.

      Cancelled service because they were not picking up recycling as first agreed upon, always an excuse as to the change and then prices increased without being notified first. I was told I would receive a refund for the time I had paid already. This refund would be to me within 4-6 weeks after cancellation. That would have been by April 12. No refund was received so I have been calling, every time its a different response. I was told the check was mailed April 20. I called again because I have not received refund yet, spoke to office manager who said it was strange I hadnt gotten it. She was to email someone else and attach me to that email so I could see responses that was May 17, I still have seen no email from her or anyone else. Yes I checked the spam folder. Today is May 19 still no check. Called again at 1:45 pm at 2:00 pm after being on hold it went to a voicemail, I did not leave a message. Called back at 2:05 and got a message that they were closed but the hours on the recording say open to 4 on Friday. Very frustrated with this business. Just want my money back.

      I have been told this same thing before. If its out for delivery how can it still be up to 2 weeks to receive? I should have received this no later than mid April now its the end of May. I will accept once I actually receive a refund.

      Just received check in the mail today. As you can see from the post mark which is dated May 31 they had never sent the refund before filing this complaint.
