    I was extremley disappointed with the lack of communication regarding my order. I logged onto the website and there was no update on the shipping of my order. I received an email a few weeks earlier checking to see if I had received my items. I replied to support 2 times before I received a rsponse apologizing and informing me my order was cancelled because they were "out of stock" and they will refund my money. Question is, if they were out of stock, why did they process my order and accept my money only to refund it after almost a month later. I do not recommend this company and I will never order ANYTHING from them again!!!!

    For the third time in approximately six months I received my order with one bottle missing. According to CIS it was likely the fault of UPS. When this happened in the past, CIS would send me the missing supplies and all was forgiven. However apparently policy changes dictate that they cannot open a carton in order to make me whole by sending me a single bottle anymore. So now I have to take a refund for the one bottle and reorder even though I can't order a single bottle and therefore would have to order another full carton to replace the one bottle that I really need for my business. Not very happy with you at this time.
