    tried to cancel a pallet of water minutes after ordering but it still showed up at our dock a few days later. $750 in shipping for water is crazy. Never buying from here again

    I ordered 3 cases of toilet paper and only received 2. After several days waiting for the third case I called and they said the third case was waiting to be labeled and then was getting sent out. After receiving that case it has tape on three quarters of it and the side is open and you can tell rolls are missing. This also happened on my last order of toilet paper where it was opened or damaged in shipping and rolls were missing. Ordering is easy and usually get it in a timely fashion,
