Placed order on 5/27/ 2024 for $129.87........order number *******. My customer ID is ********. *****************/************. It was approved and confirmed with my personal PAY PAL MasterCard that ONLY ships to the addresses associated with the billing. Which is ****************************************************************************************. Clean It Supply sent a confirmation on 5/29 (two days after the order was placed) and confirmed, on the email that it was going to my old address (which I never ever ever ever ever ever used ) which is ********************************. *****. So I acted with a sense of urgency to provide the updated address and divert to a *** pickup location or my home. I called 5 times, left 5 messages, emailed 3 timers, and even went on their Instagram and asked them to look into this issue...not one bit of communication from this company!!! So I decided on 5/31 to go on the company's live chat to see if someone would respond.I was able to communicate with a "Breeona" and had several exchanges, she lied and said I put the old address on there, which PAYPAL and myself clearly denies. I asked for a Supervisor and "**********" came on, shut it down immediately saying that "Pay Pal sent it to the address on file" which is the old address, and rudely ended the chat without even asking me anything. Trash person and unethical company. *** told me that Clean It Supply specifically did not allow diversion and has placed restrictions on this order (for no reason) and "Breeona" stated that Pay Pal put the restrictions.......again lies! A disaster. So they split he order into 4 tracking numbers that no one has seen any movement on just only 1 which is "lost". I asked my old neighbor did he see a package at my old door (a secure building) and he said "no". So Clean It Supply intentionally sent it to a bogus address (just one of the items) to make it seem as if they were trying to fulfill the order so it could be sent back to them and they keep the money and never send out anything. Hello,
Order ******* was entered by the customer not over the phone with a customer service rep. **** was the customers first order with us we had no way of knowing he's ship to address. Once they place an order with us using PayPal it will redirect them to sign into their PayPal account. Customer selected ship-to address at PayPal which was ************************************* the address listed under his PayPal account. We cannot alter or change ship to address when customers pay with PayPal, we can't even place the order due to the fact they have to log into their PayPal account. I have attached copies of his receipt, customers confirmed address per PayPal.

To Whom This May ************* June 23rd, of 2023, I ********************************* and my fiancee, *************************, have chosen CleanItSupply.com as our primary go-to store for filter cartridges as proper PPE for his construction job. Our Purest Intention can be seen in our well documented investment in ******'s Safety to Insure Good Health for him in the Future, as he works with substances that Require proper PPE. God Is My Witness. I have recently witnessed ************************* open Brand New filter cartridges right out its packing and the filters were full of particulates. I Could Not Believe What I Was Seeing! It Happened! In Fact, out of the last several orders of filter cartridges purchased through CleanItSupply.com, the majority have been compromised with things like macro particulates and bad smells such as cigarettes which pose serious health concerns. The question then becomes, how many potentially compromised filters has my fiancee been breathing 8 hrs a day while re-ordering the same products? Since this discovery ****** has been meticulously video recording the opening of the products as evidence right out of the package and the evidence is Dangerous and Very Serious. Videos, pictures, and first hand witness to repulsive smells, ***** particulates of all shaped and sizes, we believe were "Intended to do Harm" under a pressurized breathing apparatus. We have made several complaints via email which have been screenshot and uploaded for your consideration. In the end we discovered through a UPS agent that were lied to about shipments & have the Time/date tracking evidence as timeline proof we were intentionally delayed to "cover-up". With this level of unprofessional-ism and dishonesty we have experienced, it is our feeling and Absolute Conclusion that CleanItSupply.com has No Interest in Our Well Being. The Bottom line is, product manufacturers, designers, AND Retailers (such as CleanItSupply.com) ARE responsible to their customers for the safety of the products they create or sell. When they fail to provide safe products, there IS a Product Liability Issue. We must only prove three things: That the Manufacturer or Seller had a Duty to Avoid doing harm; that the liable party breached their duty; and that the liable party's breach caused a foreseeable tangible loss or injury. The defects in the products we have been purchasing and documenting, Including the Unopened Package we have ready for the BBB or Live Jury, "As Evidence", is Strong . And though Your Company Failed to Communicate with the Manufacturer per our request many of months ago, we Only need to prove the Manufacturer Should Have Known It Existed. On 12/4/2023 I ordered a box of 184 Magnetic Sheets for $69.58. Order #*******.The site had a review that said "184 8 1/2" x 11" magnetic sheets in a box. NO FRILLS. Feb 19,2023"I received 10 magnet sheets in a manila envelope. I have contacted member services by Customer Service chat 3X, Email and by phone. I finally received a reply back today stating that the 10 sheets is the correct amount but no explanation of why the site says 184. The amount I paid is 7X more than I normally pay per sheet! This was suppose to be a cyber Monday sale. They have also removed the review from their site but I do have a screen shot. Hi, we purchased a ****** Tempered Glass Chair Mat 44x50 on June 2nd from Cleanitsupply.com and one day we walked into our office and it was shattered into a million pieces. The office that this was in was also vacant which makes no sense why it would shatter one day. We aren't sure what caused this. I contacted CleanItSupply on August 7th and got zero reply from them. Order *******. Placed and notified on website that it would ship in 1 to 2 days. The order tracking shows *** ******************************. This does not show any information as a valid tracking number. I can however see ****************** listed in my pending shipments when I log into *** under my delivery address account that shows a delivery was expected from ******** Supply with the order number as a reference on the details. This shows that it has not even been shipped still. While waiting, I contacted support via chat two times, emailed support three times and did not get a single reply from any of those emails. I even received an automated follow-up asking if the order was received yet and if not to email support. I did so and they have ignored that email as well. I asked chat support to start a new order and overnight it and they simply said they would "expedite contact with the supplier". I requested a follow-up and did not get it (again). I ordered a ****** Table from Cleanitsupply.com They delivered the table May 24 2023 and i was told there is a 10 business days to file a refund or exchange. I informed the company on June 5 about the issue with the table it was broken. I reached out and they took documentation and asked if i want a refund or exchange. i requested for an exchange and all through i kept getting messages. sent pictures, sent packages and finally after wasting my time for three weeks. I ordered on their website on 3/30/23 and after ordering it said i would received an email when it has been shipped. I have not received that email so i checked on their website to track my order, and it states that there is no shipping information. I started a live chat yesterday and was told that they could not see it but they would have the warehouse send me something, and I never received anything. i started another live chat today and was told that the warehouse would have to send me something. I asked for a refund since i still have no shipping information and was told this could not happen since its been shipped. But they have no shipping information and again the warehouse would have to send something and it could take up to 72 hours. I feel this is not a professional way to do business.
