    On 11/27/24 I received order #******* from ******************. However, I only received box 2 of 2 and am missing box 1 of 2. I called 5 times getting a recording to leave a message or email to get a response. I left 3 messages and have emailed 3 times with NO RESPONSE.

    Date of order: 7/10/2024 I paid $505.34 for 6 Expo Dry Erase spray cleaners $19.98 4 Expo dry Erasers $10.68 2 Universal Dry Erase Boards 96 X 48 $395.68 Shipping $79.00 The small items were delivered in 2 days, I received an email notice on 7/17 that the whiteboards had shipped. We received 1 whiteboard that came damaged that was half the size of the ones ordered. I emailed customer service immediately as the customer service phone was never answered. I got a response from an *** saying he would request a refund. It is now November 26 and the company has stopped responding. I would like a refund for the 2 large whiteboards and most of the $79.00 shipping.

    We had placed an order for Fantastik. When we had gotten our shipment, not everything was included. One box was lost in transit, another box was returned before it had reached our business as it was damaged and returned. The few boxes that we did receive (boxes were damaged but the product was not damaged) were short a gallon each. Each box was supposed to have 4 gallons included and the ones that we had received only had 3 each. We had emailed and called CleanItSupply over and over again without any success on reaching anyone. We had done the online chat, which was helpful in the moment. The lady there had apologized for the inconvenience and had said that they were shipping out our missing merchandise ASAP. It has been a few weeks and still we have no product. There has been no communication on their end to try and rectify this situation. We are unable to reach the customer service line or unable to get anyone to return our phone calls or emails. We have already paid for this product and still have yet to receive our full shipment.

    The phone seems to always get answered with a machine explaining that everyone is busy. Even at 12:00 Midnight.I need to exchange an item as it's not what I ordered. I cannot get a hold of them, even by email as directed.

    I have been stitched by this company. I ordered 500 3m Sterigage steam integrators on 6/3/24 which had an expiry of 2026. I asked for a return, got an RMA #, returned it to them in perfect condition following their instructions. (I have proof of receipt on 6/29/24). It is 3 months since I returned the item. I have not got my refund yet. Numerous emails are not returned and no one picks up the calls ever. I got fooled by all the good reviews.

    I have been trying to return items for a week now, and if I am able to reach customer service, all they tell me is that they will contact their manager to get the process started. When I ask to speak to the manager, I am told that they are only available through email, but they will not give me the email address. They asked me for my phone number, so that the manager could call me. I have not heard from anyone yet. I also emailed them requesting a return and have not gotten a response.

    I placed the order 18th Aug 2024 for 1 cases of Vicks Vapor Rub and 2 cases of Ammonia. The Ammonia was received with tracking number ************. However, the case of Vicks Vapor Rub was never received. I inquired 3rd Sep 2024 about the missing case of **** Vapor, only to be told in writing to reply to a generic automated response. I then made several attempts to call but again, their telephone response says to send an email. I knew I was going to experience a never ending journey to fight for my refund. Finally there was a response that it was signed for by Raff but Cleanitsupply provided the tracking number for the ammonia not the Vicks. Had they paid attention to my voice messages/emails, they would have known the case of Vicks Vapor could not have the same tracking as the 2 cases of Ammonia. They provided only 1 tracking number with the exact weight for the 2 cases of Ammonia, so where is the tracking for the Vicks? I sent photos of the box received with the tracking number to support that it was the Ammonia. It took nothing for them to track on *****'s website as confirmation. Instead, they have not responded any further and I am now reaching out to you for assistance,

    On 6/25/2024,I placed a order with Cleanitsupply.com.I received one part of the order but the second part of the order I never received.On 7/1/2024 I requested a refund on the second part of the order I didn't receive and I've exchanged emails with the company and have been promised a refund on the item.As of this writing on 8/27/2024 I have yet to receive the refund.

    The order (20 bottles of Ivory) dishwashing liquid were divided by 2 shipment for *****.1st shipment ***** sent back to the shipper as damaged.2nd shipment were sent to incorrect address. Per ***** - the address correction needs to be done by shipper, not by customer.I tried to contact the company multiple times - e-mails to customer service; left 3 messages asking to call back. No phone calls were taken from customer service.What could be done worse!!!!!! This is the worst experience ever I have with the shipping company.

    I placed an order (#*******) on 6-27-24. I received an email confirmation on 6-28-24 that the order has been shipped and a tracking number was provided. After tracking the order I found out that the shipment was on hold at the ***** facility in *****, **. After talking with customer service at ***** I was told that the reason the shipment was on hold is because the package was damaged and not able to be delivered. I immediately contacted CleanItSupply via chat and told the customer service agent what ***** had stated and the agent told me that a new shipment is being sent and that it should be delivered by 7-5-24. To date I have not received delivery of the ordered product. I've sent an emails to ****************************** on 7-1-24, but I have not received a reply. I've also made several attempts to contact them by phone, but will not answer. I had to order the product from another supplier. At this point I just want my refund since I have ordered/received the product from another supplier.

    Customer order ******* was placed on 6/27/204.  Shipped out with ***** ground under tracking #************ which was damaged we did not receive notification of this.  Customer reach out to us via email I have attached the file were I addressed this.  Reship was process on 7/11/2024 shipped out with ***** ground under tracking # ************ which was delivered on 7/13/2024. I have attached a copy of the delivery.
