    Bought a lift chair December 28, 2021 and by January 28, 2022 my husband and I were walking hunched over because there is a bare board sticking in our lower back when we sit in it. Called store we bought it from and was told could not return it. Was told a service repairman would come out. Took 2 months for him to show up and tell us that 4 bags of cotton would fix the problem. Not true. Never came back. I called store again and was told he would call repairman to come back. 10 months later....still no show. Chair is useless. Have not sat in it since we called first time in January. Would like money back or replaced with properly built chair.

Can you please provide the serial number for your lift chair? This begins with an L and is 14 digits long. Look for a white barcode sticker on the back of the frame of the unit.     I can buy another brand equal to pride for less money. This company doesn’t have a supply issue for new scooters or parts. I think pride is not actually wanting to serve people. Too much maybes for me. The place I’m going to buy mine has been great to work with. Absolutely no supply issues

We can assure you that, as with many companies and businesses, we are indeed having issues with obtaining products and parts in a timely manner. The COVID-19 pandemic has affected us all, causing shipping delays and increased lead times on our products. We are working diligently to get parts and products to our customers as quickly as possible.

    PRIDE MOBILITY sold me a scooter that does not fit my needs and it's defective
    I emailed them with a video the day I opened the box and wrote it for the very first time
    Since then it's been a run around lack of communication no replies and now I'm being told that I will only receive 50% of my money back

    Hi Anita,
    we're very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your scooter. Can you please tell me where the scooter was purchased? We'll need the name of the dealer, their location, as well as the serial number of the scooter. The serial number begins with an S and is 14 digits long. Look for a white barcode sticker on the seatpost. The battery pack may need to be removed.
