1 starI can't go below one or I would. We just purchased 2 of the new i-GO scooters and the safety plugs on the seats are loose and fall out. (They protect the rider from the sharp edges on the seat supports) Well we lost one Pride says they are not available as a replacement part and only sold as part of the seat assembly which they will not warrant despite having a 3 year warranty. What a scam..........................Review fromBetty M

1 starI purchased a Pride Mobility Go Go Sport in July. I used it for the first time in August when I attended a small family reunion away from home. It was very difficult to get into our car. My daughter had to take it apart to put it into the car, and then put it together to use it. She scrapped up a couple of her fingers trying to put it back in the car. When I got home from the reunion, I read the booklet that came with the scooter. The owner's manual covered other models of a Pride scooter as well as the scooter I purchased. The owner's manual was very confusing. I was not sure exactly how often I was supposed to charge it. In one place it said every week. I did intend using the scooter too often, so I thought it would be very difficult for me to remember to charge it. The amount of money I paid for the scooter was really hanging over my head. That was when I decided to try to return it. Pride would not even speak to me. They just said I had to contact the ***resentative that I bought it from. I kept calling the *** and she never returned my calls. I would have hope that for goodwill, Pride would have let me return the scooter since it had only been one month, and I only used it one time. So, I would NOT recommend anyone buy a Pride Scooter of any kind.Review fromDug M

2 starsWow, I wish I would have found this in calendar year 2023. I had a wheelchair purchased through them, through a place that purchased it from pride I guess, & the wheelchair was plagued with problems. At one point, I was dealing with the local store that was the dealer for pride, and when I reached this company's customer service, they said they were dealing with pride in that I would have to wait. I asked if I could have prides phone number and I would deal with them directly, and I was denied saying that probably did not allow this. My wheelchair was purchased in April and I did not have two weeks in a row without something breaking, until November when they, pride, came to my house with a rep from the other company. Prime rep said he was going to bring the wheelchair back to the plant and have it going through from top to bottom. This was a week or so before Thanksgiving. I was advised it would be no later than a week before the chair would be returned. Well, by Christmas time I was pulling the hair out of my head because no one could give me any idea what the status of my chair was. I started calling everyone I could think of to complain. I also said that since I have had nothing but problems with this wheelchair, and now that wheelchair has been taken away for so long, I would prefer to get a new chair in exchange. Well I got a call back first part of January, and they said good news, we have been told the parts are in that we need, and we will be putting the chair together. But the chair never went to pride, it stayed local. So when the parts came in in the chair was being worked on, I was told that since I couldn't pick it up, the earliest they could return it was mid-march. So I started my crusade again, and ended up getting my wheelchair in a week. I recently had another upgrade to my wheelchair, & the local store couldn't have been any better in keeping me informed and doing a timely job.Review fromSusan N

2 starsI purchased my foldable power travel wheelchair in August 2023 solely because a regular power chair would not fit in our ******** can't afford to spend $+/- 80000-100000 on a mobility van. The real wheel cracked & needed to be replaced in March 2024. It's now May 23 & all I have are false promises on when the replacement wheel will be available. Why don't you stock replacement parts?! So now I can't go out & enjoy things, it's summertime, no festivals, no 'walks' in the sunshine, no flea markets, movies, dinners, graduations, weddings, vacations! I can't even begin to say how disappointed I am with this company. I'm home bound again. You should take this chair back & replace it since a replacement part can't seem to be had.I do not recommend this company.Review fromPauline C

1 starI called to order a key for my fathers GoGo scooter. The gentleman told me they do not deal with the public directly and to go to the reseller. This was after I told him my pfather had ordered a cover directly from Pride Mobility. I know that if it were my company, I would make sure my customer service reps were polite and knowledgeable or they wouldn't be working there.Review fromMonti B

1 starI bought a GoGo Elite Traveller and an Ultra X scooter last year that are both still under warranty. The Ultra X stopped maintaining a full charge 4 months ago. I have visited the dealer at least 8 times and they still haven't figured out how to fix the chair. During this time, both myself and the dealer have called Pride and received little to no help. Finally, fed up, I emailed Pride after the scooter stalled on me. An employee assured me a supervisor would assist in my issue. It's been three weeks, no one from Pride has lifted a finger - even after going up the ladder to a manager - nothing. The seat on the 2nd chair is already coming apart. I'm assuming the dealer will replace the seat. I've decided to ask the dealer for a refund on the Ultra X that can't stay fully charged for longer than five minutes. If you have a problem scooter, even if it's under warranty, they will not help you. You can call or email them, they still won't respond or assist. Some rude individual will make note of your serial number but nothing else will happen. Simply put, they don't care. They will lie and say they do, but they don't. Want proof? Check their BBB customer reviews - most are one star. What more proof do you need?Review fromcarol c

1 starTheir customer service is terrible. Today I was disconnected, called again and was told they were transferring to a supervisor where all I got was a VM. They obviously do not care that people are dependent on their product to move around. Would NOT advise buying anything they sell.Review fromMARK K

1 starNone of the pride lightweight scooters are worth it because they use old SLA battery technology. Golden technologies use lithium.. that is the way to goReview fromThaahirah L

1 starThe cold and uncaring response from Pride Mobility truly disappointed me. Pride Mobility Products is the manufacturer of my power wheelchair, which I purchased on August 25, 2021. On August 28, 2023, almost exactly 2 years later, the motor stopped working on my chair that I paid over $22,000 for. I have multiple sclerosis and have been using a wheelchair since 2004. I've had other power chairs that have lasted well over five years before needing to replace them, and not once has a motor failed. Pride Mobility has informed me that they are unable to assist me in expediting parts, providing a rental or loaner chair, and frankly, "there is nothing they can do to help." Of course, I have been working with my distributor, but they didn't build this product. Pride Mobility did, and they have no interest in helping me resolve this life-halting/daily activity disruption I have in my life because of their product.I will never purchase another one of their products, and I strongly recommend no one does.Poor quality products and extremely unsatisfactory customer service.
