    Today "****" from InventHelp called my phone by mistake. When I told her that "the person she was trying to call doesn't use my phone so please don't call it again" she said, "What a rude *****," then hung up on me. Very unprofessional. They called the wrong number then felt it was their right to cuss at me for asking them not to call again. I see they lost a $3,000,000 class action lawsuit brought by customers-- not exactly a company I want having my phone number. I wouldn't use InventHelp if cussing out people who just happen to answer the phone is their idea of "help."

    We are in receipt of the above reference review.This individual is not an InventHelp client and we have received multiple requests to contact an individual at this number who has requested to receive information regarding our services. We would encourage this individual to cease from continuing to contact us moving forward so that we no longer return her inquiries.

    Horrible. Took our money and that was the end of so called services. Don’t do it. The “lawyer” is out of Chicago and never returns calls. What a huge waste of our money and time.

    We are in receipt of the above referenced review. Almost 4 years ago, this complainant contracted for a two-year service for the assistance in submitting his invention to industry in an attempt to obtain a good faith review. Our records indicate that the services were provided in accordance with the agreement, and in their entirety in November 2021. This complainants claim now, at this late date, that he never received updates regarding his services is simply untrue. In fact, our records show that the complainant was updated every step of the way as evidenced by the correspondence he received. Additionally, we would be more than willing to refer the complainant to another patent attorney and reached out to inform the complainant of this; but was unable to reach them.
