We are in receipt of the above referenced customer review. Nearly six years ago, this complainant contracted for a two-year service for the assistance in submitting his invention to industry in an attempt to obtain a good faith review. Our records indicate that the services were provided in accordance with the agreement. The complainants claim now, at this late date, that we did not provide the service to which he contracted and that he never received updates regarding his services is simply untrue. In fact, our records show that the complainant was updated every step of the way as evidenced by the correspondence he received. We also had several conversations with this complainant during the course of his services to provide updates as well as to answer any questions. Additionally, regarding his prototype, we addressed this matter with him over four years ago. Nevertheless, should the complainant wish to address this or any aspect of his service, we encourage him to contact us. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.Sincerely,************************* Compliance ManagerReview fromJoseph Z

5 starsI presented my new product idea to InventHelp in 2021 .We agreed on a contract based on the needs my product requires.I paid my contract in full.InventHelp immediately contacted a very reputable Patent Attorney "***************************".I contacted K&D and communicated by Priority Mail and emails my inventions design and proprietary contents. In December of 2022 K&D presented my Patent Pending artwork and technical outlines were accepted by the ** * ************** and in February of 2023 my Invention received a Patent Pending. The normal frame of time for an idea o receive a Utility Patent is 18 months, to 36 months.I received my Utility Patent on June 6, 2023, with all 9 submitted new unpainted ideas approved by the ************** K&D were as astounded as I still am!InventHelp has kept thier word regarding communication and thier methods of articulating the best outcome and applcation of finding suitable and appropriate vendors for my *tring product. The **** has tens of thousands of Patented products that did Not go to market, therefore the 0.7 percent of successful InventHelp successful patents is based on accurate numbers. My faith in any product I Invent is placed in God's hands.I believe that there are like-minded employees of InventHelp sharing the same conviction. Whether this product is a success or not, it is God's will, not the labour's of men that dictates its market viability.InventHelp has demonstrated to me, that they are good stewards in the handling of proprietary "Inventions, and they do indeed Help" sincere inventors who possess a willingness to divorce themselves from being in love with thier ideas, and accept the reality of the percentages of outcomes this volatile market presents. My hat is off to the men and women who take the time and effort to believe in our ideas, and Help transform them into realities.Bravo, InventHelp!Review fromSandra m

1 starHiring InvevtHelp was absolutely the worst business decision I have ever made. Do not get involved with this organization. You will be wasting your time, *************** paid them $12,000.00 & got $0 in return from their efforts!!! They just settled a multi-million dollar class action lawsuit, paying off thousands of disappointed / angry customers. The Sale Rep I dealt with, (**********************) said I had a unique well thought out idea. Prior to hiring InventHelp I had already completed a *************, gotten a utility provisional patent, had renders/professional drawings done and written all the needed features and benefits for them. He said, I have taken my project as far as I can and I need to hire InventHelp so we can bring your dream to lifelet us sell your idea (patent / licensing rights) for you. What I got was Hustled ! ! STAY AWAY! **** ***********Review fromJames Reese

Given the limited information from this individual, we are unable to confirm whether they contracted for any of our services. We have been working with inventors since **** to submit ideas to companies in an effort to obtain a good faith review. We make it clear to all of our inventors before contracting for our services that we cant promise or guarantee results. We have no control over whether a company has interest or even responds to an invention. All inventions must stand or fall on their own merits.Review fromJaxson P

1 starPlease do not get involved with them! It seemed real promising at first with all the raving reviews, their detailed, informative website and such. *******************, the Co Founder, was the one that was on the phone with me. He seemed very ****** nice about everything he was going over with me, he said he loved my idea, he said it could actually work, blah blah all this stuff and wanted me to pay $975 upfront so that they could do research and send to a patent lawyer. The next day after that call, he texted me back saying he received my documents and that he would get back to me soon. Well, its almost the beginning of August and I still have not heard anything from anyone! Its been almost 2 months! Theyve probably already shared my idea to many people already, because I remember him saying we will never share your idea. So I call that BS. Beware of their over top false flattery. I have absolutely no doubt that this place is nothing but a bunch of crooked salesmen who are getting away with this in a boiler room. I mean the facts of the internet literally show that their are more numerous bad reviews about this place and only very few good ones. Just do the deep research and youll see.InventHelp

We are in receipt of the above referenced review. This complainant contracted with our company for the preparation of a Basic Information Package Report (***) as well as a Preliminary Patentability **************** (PPSO) report. The *** report assembles basic information about an invention and the history of its development in a report format. In addition, a Preliminary Patentability **************** was conducted for the idea by an independent patent attorney with whom we refer our clients patent work. When this complainant contracted for our services, he would have signed our Statement of Confidentiality which clearly states that we cannot use, sell, assign or disclose the idea to any other person, organization or corporation without his permission. Upon further review, we do not have reason to believe this complainants accusations against **************. In fact, this complainant signed disclosures and a contract acknowledging the high-risk nature of this industry, we do not evaluate, etc. Nevertheless, this complainant received a refund for the services rendered. Sincerely, ************************* Compliance ManagerReview fromTracy S

1 starThey stole my idea and my commercial. They send you a package to describe, draw and explain your invention, and if you wish, include a script for commercial. I did this for heated windshield wiper blades that are hardwired to the battery, saying they would be great for first responder vehicles, especially in ****** (where I am from). A few months later, lo and behold, someone on tv is standing in front of a palm tree with a police officer and fireman holding a prototype of my heated windshield wiper. They used my script too lol.Don't send them your idea, they'll take it and run. I'm surprised they're still in business.InventHelp

A review of our records indicates this respondent is not an InventHelp client nor do we have any records of ever having met or spoken with this respondent. It is clear that the respondent does not have a clear understanding of the invention promotion industry or the services that InventHelp provides to inventors. Again, this is not an InventHelp client.InventHelp

We are in receipt of the above referenced complaint. We do not have this inventor in our system. We do not have record of this inventor ever calling in, meeting with us, or even mailing anything to them. They must have the wrong company. In fact, we would never ask anyone to include a script of a commercial as that is not part of the services we provide. We respectfully request that you do not post this complaint against our company as its not ours.Review fromSteven C

This complainant contracted with our company for the preparation of a Basic Information Package Report (BIP) as well as a Preliminary Patentability Search & Opinion (PPSO) report. The BIP report assembles basic information about an invention and the history of its development in a report format. In addition, a Preliminary Patentability Search & Opinion was conducted for the idea by an independent patent attorney with whom we refer our clients’ patent work. The reports for which this complainant contracted were delivered to the address on record. Should this complainant have any questions regarding the Basic Information Package he received, he should contact us directly. Should he have any questions regarding the Preliminary Patentability Search & Opinion, he should contact his patent attorney. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We have been working with inventors since **** to submit ideas to companies in an effort to obtain a good faith review. As part of our services, we provided a *********************** wherein we create a scale model representation of the invention made from white ABS plastic or resin material. After sending this inventor her prototype model, we did not receive any indication that she was unsatisfied in any way. Further, we referred her to an outside, independent patent attorney for the preparation and prosecution of a patent application. It is our understanding that the invention is currently patent pending. We make it clear to all of our inventors before contracting for our services that we cant promise or guarantee results. While we empathize with her frustration, we have no control over whether a company has interest or even responds to an invention. All inventions must stand or fall on their own merits. This client is currently over $5,000 in arrears on her account. We encourage her to pay for the services. Sincerely,************************* Compliance Manager InventHelpReview fromSTANLEY M

1 star$18,766...PAID IN FULL... for nothing! No invention, no patent, no prototype, not even one of their 100 preferred manufactures called with questions or interest in my invention. I read many of the reviews about InventHelp, before reaching out to them and starting this long process. I didn't recall seeing a review that stating that a client had paid in full-with no results. In January 2019, I decided to invest in my invention by taking funding from my 401k plan to start a payment plan that was handled through *********************** April 2021, I was told by mail from the Invent Help referred *************** **************************** - that my patient request was rejected for the final time; after several submissions.Well, I PAID IN FULL - $18,766 for over three years and if anyone is reading this review. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ANY COMPANIES WITH THE INVENTHELP name on it!Still no invention, nor have I yet to see anything like my invention (not yet anyway)InventHelp

This complainant contracted for our services over three years ago for the assistance in submitting his invention to industry in an attempt to obtain a good faith review. Our records indicate that the services were provided in accordance with the contract. Additionally, he contracted for our *************** Services referring him to an independent patent attorney for the preparation and prosecution of a patent application. We prepared a New Product Submission Brochure announcing the availability of the complainants invention. We submitted the complainants New Product Submission Brochure to companies in the InventHelp ********* that have agreed to review our clients inventions in confidence. We followed up with certain of these companies in an attempt to obtain feedback on the invention. Any response we received as a result of our submission efforts was reported to him. We also prepared an Invention Summary and Press Release, which announces the availability of the idea, but does not disclose the working details. The Invention Summary is sent to companies outside the InventHelp *********, and the Press Release is utilized for an online publicity distribution service, where it will be distributed to search engines, journalists, and bloggers. Before any inventor contracts for our services we make it clear that we cant promise or guarantee results. While we understand this complainants disappointment regarding lack of positive interest in his invention, he knew the risks when he purchased our services. Unfortunately, while we empathize with his frustration, we have no control over whether a company has interest in an invention. Furthermore, we also make it clear to each inventor before contracting for patent services that neither InventHelp nor the patent attorney can promise or guarantee that the Patent and **************** will issue a patent and a patent can be denied at any time during the pendency period, which this complainant acknowledged. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.Sincerely,************************* Compliance Manager InventHelp
