    Every time I reach out to ******* s, she is so helpful. If she cant answer she text immediately and lets me know when she can call. Best support service Ive ever experienced.

    Sales *** and customer service when I call are great people to talk to. However, I don't feel that this company delivers on their promises. They charge you 2x-8x more per lead call than other companies (seriously), stating that the customer is ready to book with you, but ALL the calls we have received seem like the customer is confused with what is happening on their end, and are not always ready to schedule. I was also told I would get information in my email to change my automatic billing to manual, and never received it, so now I was automatically charged when my balance was depleted instead of being put on manual like I asked about. I sent emails to their customer success team multiple times, but my issues were not resolved until I called them. I am definitely reconsidering using this service. It is not what I was told it would be.

    Scam artists through and through claiming a perfect bbb rating which it is not. Scammed me for $300. I ingrate noticed you cannot make adjustments to services and towns you get leads from on their platform unlike what they claim. They put me in to zip codes way outside of where I service. I began calling this guy ***** **** to confront him. No answer. I wrote an email to mailbox they provided, no answer. Left voicemails no answer. They wont pick up the phone cause they are scam artists. They are rated 3.8 on ****** and keep splitting their gmbs so it would not be lower than that. 100% scam.

    Considered working with them. Sent a list of questions I had over email which went unanswered FOR DAYS, yet they were calling me daily! While I explicitly told them in writing to NOT call me as I was overseas and it was a middle of the night for me. Calls continued for 4 or 5 days, until I finally yelled at them (****). He claimed he had no idea, while I send him an email about it!!!Bottom line: they won't respond to your questions but will spam you with daily calls. Stay away from such unprofessionalism.

    In my opinion these guys run a *******************. If you run a ************* you will love how they go to market. They make you look like your another company online and then charge you for leads for people not looking for you. I'm in the **** business and have had it happen to us multiple times with this company. They mirror us when they aren't us. The ads they run are false and meant to impersonate companies they or the vendors they represent are not.

    Signed up with eLocal about a month ago and they have been super easy to work with. They refund the calls that are no good, and work with you to avoid getting them in the first place.

    Start off with I got a call out of blue as I am a new business. I called back and Chris G***** from eLocal is very pushy. DON'T BE AFRAID TO HANGUP ON THEM. Anyways, came to read the reviews first and I called him back to be fair and said, I wanted more time to research before signing up. He immediately got pushy for me to sign up by stating on the recorded phone call that there are only a few spots in your area left. Red flag number one. Then I told him I already read some reviews on BBB and saying the same thing about the valid calls and $30-$75 fee talking about how no one is getting a refund for invalid calls. He started talking over me the entire phone call. I cut him off and said, I'm not even signed up yet and I want to just do some research and you're making that difficult to do all on its own because you want me to sign up immediately without researching into what I'm signing up for. That's not transparency whatsoever. That is hiding. Anyways, he tried to cut me off again to be pushy for his sales pitch and I cut him off and told him to lose my number.
    Do your research before signing up for anything!!! Don't care who it is. Even if the company elocal is a legit company. I still wouldn't sign up after dealing with all of that. If I did sign up after a call like that, I could blame myself for that situation but who would want to deal with a anyone, yet alone a company that makes that ok to do? He said the phone calls are all recorded at least 3 times while I was on the phone with him. So go back and review the phone call elocal on 3/14/2024 at 11:44PM Eastern time.

    Can't even begin to describe how amazing you guys are. The person I mainly talk to ***** has been so helpful and amazing at keeping me informed and answering any questions I end up having.
