1 starWas told that I would get a $100 gift card if I completed a free quote. I called the number and gave them my code and then received nothing. Felt like a bait and switch. I called them on the phone and told me I didnt meet the qualifications. But according to the email I did meet the eligibility requirements. This is false advertising in an effort to get peoples information.

1 starWe have never missed a payment in anything and her whole entire life. This company require all your accounts to go completely delinquent. And all these companies report to the credit bureau that you're not making payments when we are making payments for making the payments to JG Wentworth to make on our behalf. The companies will not remove the negative comments from our credit report and we went from a good credit rating to absolute rock bottom. Do not use this company just work with your own credit cards and loan companies and set up your own individual agreements with them. This company won't even negotiate with a credit card and loan companies to ask them to remove the bad reportsJ.G. Wentworth

1 starIf I could give 0 stars, I would. I had switched over to JG Wentworth from another company. They were supposed to transfer every account I had with the previous company, but they missed one. So I thought one of my accounts was with ***, but it was not. As I started getting court bills, I would send the court bills to them as instructed. This started February 2025 and I called and emailed multiple times as I continued getting court bills with absolutely no communication on their part. I found out TWO WEEKS before the court date, that it was not in the program and I would have to go to court. So I went to court and negotiated a payment plan.I cancelled my program with *** with over $380 in my account balance and moved to a new program. This should have been refunded to me, but no one explained that this would go toward one of the creditors EVEN AFTER I CANCELLED THE ACCOUNT. DO NOT USE THEM. Lack of communication, lack of accountability, and you want get any money out if you leave them. Terrible business.J.G. Wentworth

1 starUnfortunately I am a customer of JG **********************. I am very dis-satisfied with their services. In result of their negligence they have costed me over 15K in fees. Do not make the mistake of using this company for anything!J.G. Wentworth

1 starThey keep trying to take money out of my account on non schedule days and it keeps putting me in the negatives. Which I have to pay $35 everytime they try to take money out. When I call or email they said we have it taken care of and they don't. So now I know money in my savings and now a fee. I am NOT happyJ.G. Wentworth
