      We contracted them to do windows and siding. They came to install our windows - one didn't fit due to improper measurement. They installed two casement windows which won't open due to a clearance issue. Two more couldn't be installed because we have inset lighting in the sills, which they were aware of. The two windows that were installed were put in on top of rotted wood then flashed over by their installers and never reported. They are also installed inside the pocket and attached to our drywall and not in the socket where the existing glass was. The windows were not finished on the inside of our home, do not fit properly and made to fit by stuffing the large gaps with foam spilling over the frame. The screen on the casement was too large and was jammed in to fit. We contact them during installation, sent pictures of the work and they came out. They suggested shorter casements which won't match the other 4 in the front peak of our house. Also, their install manager didn't know how they were going to install the end window near our chimney. They said we need to remove our lighting - which we did, and were told to replace the rotted wood - only we can't since their windows are on top of it. We left two messages asking them to remove the windows so we could replace the wood and they did not respond back to our calls. We replaced what we could. Their VP agreed the work was not done properly and wanted to make it right. We tried calling him back several times and have not received a return call. Due to their lack of response and inferior window installation, we do not want them doing any further work on our home. We contracted an attorney to write them a letter cancelling our contract without penalty. They have not responded to his letter. We just received a call today that they are coming out to install windows on Monday. We tried to contact their VP again to discuss this situation and cannot get through to him or even leave a voice message.

      The letter requesting the cancellation of your project was received and your request was granted on 10/7/2022.  The project has been canceled and you are no longer under any further obligation to move forward with the project.  No monies are due.
