Thankyou for trying to make this situation right. It has been a very hard journey trying to get this resolved. My last wish is to request a letter stating that this account with COMMERCIAL ACCEPTANCE ** in the amount of $1,422, be taken off and corrected in all credit bureaus. On March 11, 2023 I was transported by Penndel Middletown Emergency Squad from the ************ facility roughly 2 miles to ************************ in ************. I unfortunately was totally out of it due to Covid & was immediately put in ICU & almost died. I do not dispute the ride or the charge of $1420.00 from the Emergency Squad. I do however take issue with Commercial Acceptance Corp contacting a relative who has nothing to do with my medical or monetary issues to find out how to contact me. She was told by ********************* that she was listed as a contact in my paperwork & that is a total falsehood. I never received a bill from Penndel M'town Emergency Squad & even have a now expired check from my medical insurance to cover nearly all of the transport. If the squad had sent a bill to me I would have paid it immediately but instead they chose to send me to collections without a reason to. And as I said the collections agency blatantly lied about my relative being listed in my paperwork - more than likely found their name on ****** search.Business Response
