Had a very nasty person named Mr. ***** call asking for someone and I said they didn't live here and asked for a letter to verify the debt so I could pay it. Talked to me like a child and kept CUTTING me off when I was talking to me like a child. I am trying to help my child with his debt and they are calling my parents who are very sick and harassing them for information. Talk to a manager and he was nice. This is hard times for everyone. You would think if a parent is trying to help their child they would accept that, but no they need to talk to him. He is embarrassed he can't make the payment. They need a better practice how they talk to people and not harass, other family members. I am not happy at all with their conduct and attitude. WellSpan are just as nasty as they are. Angry Mom

THEY CALLED ME WHILE I WAS SITTING AT THE *** OF MY 82 YEAR OLD HUSBAND WHO WAS IN THE HOSPITAL FOR THE LAST 3 WEEKS. HE, **************, DEMANDED THAT i PUT MY HUSBAND ON THE ***** OR THERE WOULD BE DIRE CONSEQUENCES. WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT I WOULD NOT PUT MY HUSBAND ON THE *****, HE WAS INCREDIBLY RUDE TO ME AND SAID THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO GO AHEAD WITH HIS DEPOSITION WITHOUT MY COOPERATION? i HAVE NO IDEA WHAT HE WAS TAKING ABOUT AND HE WAS SO BUSY AND FORCEFUL THAT I REPORTED THEM TO THE POLICE FOR SCAM. I MEAN WHO CALLS ON THE ELDERLY AND TRIES TO SCARE THEM? HE KEPT TALKING ABOUT A COMPANY THAT WE OWNED OVER 10 YEARS AGO??

Absolutely rude and unprofessional. I work in a traveling home cate job and am required to use my personal phone for work. I received a phone call while I was at work, in a hospital residential setting.

The individual who called me said it was for private matter and asked for me. He gave me my date of birth rather than requesting I tell him what my date of birth is (error 1) and asked me if it was correct.

I was having some phone issues, I fixed that and we carried on with the conversation.

I asked for itemized documents and to be informed about the specifics of this bill. He said it needed to be requested in writing. Fine, no big deal.

Now, I was at work, I tried to inform him that I could not be on the phone at the moment and that he called me at work. He got really rude and started going off “You picked up the phone.” … “This is your work phone right?” I simply wanted to inform me that he could call back at a latter moment. He kept interrupting me. “This is your phone right.” I informed him of FTC rules and he said “fine we’ll take you off the list and never call you back again.” He hung up. I tried to call the number back immediately to setup an APPROPRIATE time to call me back and all I got was a voicemail.

I may file a formal complaint dependent on the outcome of the request for itemization I will be submitting and a request to be called back at an appropriate time.
