  Lived at The ***** for 2 years. Been assaulted multiple times, stolen from, lied to by management. After the third assault which was caught on camera, the person who assaulted still got to live here for 2 more months until he found a place to move. I am going to sue them

  This is the WORST property management company in ********. My recommendation, do NOT use them. The list is too long to mention, but everything from bookeeping transparency, to tenant approvals to maintaining our property. Just unreal. I plan to formally present our grievances. Again, we highly recommend NOT using this property management company.

  This **mpany reported to the new management **mpany that I had unpaid rents in the amount of $1,610.00. When this came to lite I told the new management ** I owed no such unpaid rent. I **ntacted Pinehurst to ask if their was an outstanding balance when they handed the ac**unt to the new property management, they reply no you had no outstanding balance, they provided no re**rds to prove I did not have an outstanding balance and the new management said they needed proof from Pinehurst. I have attempted several times to get this information and do not get a reply. I believe this **mpany has embezzled many renters relief funds and leave renters with the bill.

  WELL I HAD 2 APPOINTMENTS FOR MY RECERTIFICATION MY FIRST ONE I CAME DOWN AND NO ONE WAS IN THE OFFICE SO I MADE ANOTHER ONE CAME DOWN AND WENT INTO THE OFFICE AND THE MANEGER *************************** WAS IN A MEETING AT THE SAME TIME AS MY APPPOINTMENT THIS COMPANY EMPLOYS PEOPLE THAT HAVE NO IDEA WHST THEY ARE DOING YOU GUYS HAVE A VERY BAD REPUTATION AND YA'LL NEED MORE TRAINING OR SELL THE COMPANY TO SOME ONE MORE PROFESSIONAL.

  ********************** TWO IN ********One of the resident had an emergency..... help from Manager or Pinehurst Management. We don't have a sight manager and we can't contact anyone at ******** Management. You're on your own at this place. The resident have to run the building on their own. Very Very disappointing. It use to be a warm safe home to live. However when Pinehurst Management took over everything changed .Now, it's a cold unsafe place to live. We use to call it our home, now Pinehurst made it known this is not your home....this is Pinehurst apartment you rent from ************ (6/10/2024)By the way..The emergency accident on the property was a CAUSED BY PROPERTY LIABILITY CONDITION. Their are many more of them waiting to happen. We can't get help from anyone.So, If you want to live in a unsafe environment. WECOME!! "oh" yes, I moved out of there as fast a I could.

  My mother was a resident at ******** Park Apartments. The apartment was great itself. However, the management was not. The whole time she lived there, it was as if she was in middle school the way all of the residents acted. It wasn't a work together atmosphere, it was a work against atmosphere. Due to major medical issues and feeling extremely uncomfortable in here own complex, she was able to break her lease. She was to be out by end of January. She was. She accidently paid February rent. I spoke with ******, manager and she said she was finishing up the books to refund the accidental rent and if deposit was to be returned. We never received anything. ****** gave me ******'s phone number and that is a joke. You can't get a live person and if you are lucky enough to get through to a vm, it is full. I sent a message to the ****** again and was told she no longer is the manager and cc'd the new manager. Again, no response. We are now entering the third week and nobody can tell us where her money is. I just left a vm for ****** to see if she can please help us out since she was the manager on duty when my mother was there. So far no reply. I would enter this complex with caution. Maybe the new manager will do a better job? I am not sure.

  this place is worse than living in a tenant. the rats, it smells like and outhouse. the manager is a big fat dead beat dad who stalks the tenants

  Awful place to work they keep making my checks later and later and act like it's my fault I can't log on to anything and see my hours or time accurate my checks is over a week late and now another one is and my bills overdue

  This place SERIOUSLY needs to be banned from conducting banned at all! The gross negligent and outrageous conduct is beyond absurd. It's criminal!They are never reachable they don't maintain any of the services for garbage the property maintenance destroys the property I've had eight or nine managers in the four years I've lived here I've been sexually harassed by two different maintenance workers and me and my minor child have had our lives threatened by a crazy person with a gun on federal property that they did not evict or violate in any way but we were told to not make contact we were told to stay in our house and we were basically turned into prisoners in our own home. I barely ever get any kind of work orders acknowledged and this place is ran like some housing projects there are drug houses prostitution all kinds of crazy criminal behaviors and we live directly across the street from ***** ************* and ****** ****************** Pinehurst property management is literally the absolute worst management company I have ever experienced in my 40 years of life and I've lived all over the country! Imo, They need to be shut down immediately!

  Worst company ever, ever since they took over my apt complex in has turned into a homeless shelter. Random homeless sleeping in the hallways, squatters in the empty rooms and police or management won't do anything. Laundry room hardly works and super dirty at that. Building smells like meth, just absolutely terrible and you can't even get anyone to answer the phone because they know what they are doing.
