    I have been with this company over 7 yrs. Always around holidays we have issues getting paid. Which being fair we give them a few days if dont receive payment Ill call and usually its handled in a few days. Let me start from beginning. Pay range is a service that is offered to vendors. It is an app that you download on your cell phone. You purchase the device from the company to put in your machines and they take a percent a very high percent of whatever the amount is, which is done weekly After they have taken the money for the service theyre providing then they deposit into either an account or whatever system you have set up with the company. However, with this company, it is super hard to actually get a live human on the phone. Also, when you do call about accounting issues you always get an answering machine. Never a call back when you call the sales department. You also get an answering machine with the same persons nameEmily. So normally we get paid from them on Tuesday every week unless theres a holiday like I said then youre off a couple days which is normal anyways this year memorial week fell on a Tuesday. We had received payment our normal payment on 0520 2025. The following week no payment but I kind of knew with memorial weekend we were gonna be a couple days behind a week goes by nothing another week goes by I start calling get the voicemail. Try calling accounting get the voicemail. Try calling sales get the voicemail. Keep requesting phone calls. Cant get one to save my soul mind you now we are at the point of three weeks of no payment however theyre getting paid because theyre taking the money their percentage but were not getting paid somebody had hacked pay range and was having instant transfers done out of our account. I emailed them and let them know they needed to call me ASAP. Well guess what nine weeks now *** us over $5000 still no payment worst company ever by the way. ***** doesnt even work for the company anymore.!

    This company thinks no one is watching and I am watching. Watching how they take advantage of tenants. I have been complaining for an entire yr and nothing has been done. The app we have to use to pay for washer and dryer. The washer and dryer are one price and the app makes us pay .25 cents more than indicates. If I can give there customer service negative stars I would. Imagine all the extra money they make off of tenants for not matching the price the small machines should be at. I have sent emails, called management, Ive done it all and it is still marked wrong. STOP STEALING MY MONEY!

    Same as every other review... They stole $10 from me, and when I go to try and get my money back, they say it's not their problem. Absolute scam of a company

    I been try to get my money back from the company for now 8 months no one picks up and when they do call you back its at 11 pm. And they said they will send me a check for my $24 but nothing yet. I email them I did everything I could and nothing I work hard for my money and not to be given away for free

    My building used to use Payrange and has since removed their service. I had a balance on my account to which they claimed they would refund and that their "billing department" would get back to me. They have not and I have followed up on numerous occaisions.This company should be shut down as it is stealing customers money and not responding. Sadly, it is far too long for me to file a dispute with my credit card but BUYER BEWARE. If I could select zero stars, I would.

    This app charges you more than the price listed on the laundry machine and doesnt give you the difference back. At best its misleading people into paying the laundromat extra and at worst its stealing the difference for itself. The app also has intrusive ads, poor user interface and frequent glitches, but its the theft that really bothers me

    I used the app several times. Was just getting to build a likeable relationship until I experienced a problem with their customer service email system. I was owed a refund but instead they took my balance of what I had remaining in my account. I sent a few emails. First was ***** expected a dollar refund to when I viewed my balance it was taken to leave me with zero remaining. I needed that money to use to dry my clothes. How you tell someone you are expecting a refund to have the balance taken . I called there customer service phone line and all the call center says isbthey are not availuable. This is a biogus system .

    Lost access to my account after resetting my phone.A Human being never answered my calls, always had to leave voicemails.Took four to five days to return a call and email. They gave me redundant advice."Use the correct login credentials" they said.(Why didn't I think of that?)They asked if my number was still the same when my email/complaint expressly stated, even repeating, the fact my number had changed, which implies they never read the email or they didn't care to remember anything they read.A Payrange Employee contacted me by phone had no power to help me back into my account.I wonder why even call me if you can't help me, AT ALL BY ANY MEANS.Just wanted to chat?Technical support is NON EXISTENT.I Resorted to disputing the charges on my credit card rather than to fight them for a refund.FELT like fighting a pitbull for a scrap of meat.

    They are thieves. I just had another incident today that the machine didn't spin out my stuff. I called I gave them the machine number she took the machine number I told her I needed my money back because I had to redo the load. She told me to redo the load but I'd have to do it at my cost because I don't get reimbursements. I have lost so much money in our laundry room. I have lost probably more money than I've spent doing laundry. I have to use these machines. This company laughs all the way to the bank. What kind of company denies reimbursement? They know their machines are junk. And they know that every time somebody uses one if something goes wrong they're going to just keep your money. It's shameful. You people at pay range are shameful. I've had dryers that don't tumble where my clothes just come out hot and wet. Washing machines just eat my money and never turn on. I've even had my laundry locked in the machine because the door wouldn't open. Today one load turned into three loads. This is ridiculous. Not only that they force you to buy or put money on the app that you'll never be able to use it all because the machines are set up at a percent that will never equal what they make you put on their cards or on the app. I've got four or five cards that have odds amount of change on them that I can't use. If that's not a obvious thief. I wish pay range would just close shop, you are terrible, awful people.
