1 starThe unit number was left off the address by ****** when I placed my order so my purchase was returned to sender. Trending Customs said they would not resend my purchase or refund my money. That when this happens the item is disposed of. They stole my money!Trending Custom

1 starI ordered an 8x8 my missing piece two layer wooden plaque for my wife. I received a 5 3/4 x 8. I contacted customer service and they told me even though its advertised as an 8x8 thats not the size you get. Are you serious thats a scam.When I contacted customer service they wanted to give me an 15 percent discount and a 20 percent discount on my next order. All I wanted was my 8x8 that I ordered for my wife. I was disappointed when she opened it and it 2 1/4 inches smaller than promised. Why would I order again when they lied about the size of their product? Do they lie about all their products? Is it their practice to deceive their customers like I was deceived? 1 starOne of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Ordered just 1 simple ornament back on Dec. 3rd and was given an expected delivery date of Dec. 17-19th,yea right! To this date (Dec. 26th) all I've ever got from them is big long drawn out emails about why I don't have my ornament yet! When you go to **** web site with the "tracking #" they give you it says"waiting for product" which means it was never made. Biggest scam since *****************!!
