Well, its Mothers Day, May 12, and still no package. I will not use them again and strongly recommend against them, based on all these reviews.Trending Custom

1 starOrdered an item on April 19th for Mothers Day and it has been sitting in ********** with a label printed since the 20th. Ive emailed them multiple times and they keep saying they are working on it. They provide a link which stated that the item will be delivered on the 5th or 6th of May and here we are on the 8th with it STILL IN **********! BUYER BEWARE! This company is not trustworthy and you cant get ahold of them on the phone. This is outrageous as I thought ordering almost a month before Mothers Day was a smart idea. *** requested a refund and have got nothing. This company is terrible. NEVER AGAINTrending Custom

1 starIf I could give 0 stars I would! Order was placed on April 20th. On April 26th i was notified that it was picked up by th carrier and provided a tracking number. Went to **** and the tracking just says label created on April 23. Never received any further updates as of April 30th so I contacted the company. We given a story about how the tracking number provided was for the internal partner and that I would get a new one once the internal partner had actually delivered my packed to ****. Was told package would be here by May 6th-9th! Still no tracking email update provided as of today. This is a joke and a scam and I will be disputing we with my bank by EOD May 9th If not received. Don't pay for a ******** marketing campaign if you cannot handle volume. This company is expanding with out a proper business plan in place. 1 starI have spent over $100 on two Mothers Day items. One for my mother in law, and one for my mother. ******** says expected delivery May 5-8th, however **** says they havent even received the items yet. Trending Customs sent a mis-leading email saying they already sent the items and its out for shipping. If I dont receive the items by Mothers Day I will be asking for a full refund. I need to start reading more reviews about companies I find on Instagram. So tired of being scammed when all I want is to surprise people with lovely gifts.Trending Custom
