    I placed my custom Father's *** order a month in advance to avoid tardiness, but it was never processed. I had to cancel because it was going to arrive two weeks after Father's ***. This caused significant anxiety for my kids, leaving us sad and disappointed. We will never order from Treantincustom again. They were very dishonest; despite emailing four times, they didn't explain the problem until my fifth email. They made one of the most important days of the year miserable for my family, with no special presents this year. I hope people see this and believe me. Unfortunately, I read about others' experiences and thought it was an isolated case. Treantincustom is a scam!

    Ordered my item 4/25/24 with anticipated delivery of 5/11-5/14. Bombarded with marketing emails. Bombarded with fluff. All of this was for nothing. Item not received. Been shipped on 5/2 and seems to have gone to the moon and everywhere else but delivered to my home. Its now almost a month. Missed mothers day. Like other reviews had to cough up more money on a improvised gift. Dont even want this anymore but nobody has responded to multiple emails sent. Chat is always offline. No phone # to be found. Will be disputing this within the next few days. I want a full refund and if the item ever makes it to me, Im keeping it. Waste of time, money and most of all my emotions. Order#TRV3834462.

    Cant get anyone to respond to my inquiries in the two hour window since I ordered and found an error (made by them) on my mug. They opened a ticket but are waiting just long enough to be able to say its too late to change my order. They stink. Never again will I order from one of these dumb sites unless I thoroughly research first. I guess Im the dumb one ugh.

    I have created two orders. Both sent me confirmations of delivery last week. There are no packages around my home or neighbors. Several days have past for tracking to be updated.     Bought something for my wife for Mother's day. Ordered and paid for the item on 4/23/24 20 days before 5/12/24. They didn't send me any good information, just a bunch of stupid marketing emails came through every day. When it was getting close to Mother's day they still hadn't shipped the item, so they offered me a refund on the $7.99 shipping charge. I received the item 5/18/24 (yesterday) - 6 days after the holiday so my son and I had to improvise and buy something else to give my wife. More money we would not have had to spend if Trending Custom was more forthcoming and responsible. If they had told me it was going to take a month to get the item, I wouldn't have ordered from them - but I guess that's the whole point in them not telling you the truth. Even worse, they ******* you with emails trying to sell you other merchandise while you are already upset because you don't have what you paid for. Very sleazy way to do business. Worst part of the whole thing? The item is much smaller than their photos would lead you to believe and the quality of it is awful. Take your money and your business somewhere else.

    I honestly don't understand the bad reviews. This company is not a scam or anything, I repeat NOT A SCAM! I placed a large order and I did want to add another shirt to it but I ordered late at night and I missed the window. But they responded to my email and even gave me a discount since they were not able to alter the order. And I understand because their products are personalized. And once they start working on it, it is hard to make changes. My order has already shipped and on it's way to me. I was amazed at how quickly they shipped a really large order. And they sent me updates on my order. I will definitely order from them again!

    Warning, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM company. I ordered 2 Mother's Day gifts, one came (I guess I should myself lucky) and then the other item which was not anything like what I thought was being sold. They duped me in the fine print and essentially told me they did customer studies and what I ordered was a better product. Well, not so as the rug is not a rug but more of a wall hanging and, if you try to use it as a rug, you will slip and slide on it so very unsafe. Both were in the same "doormat" product purchase category. When I asked about the thickness, backing and sent pictures, they stated in the fine print it was a "different rug" . Upon contacting the company, they would not fix the order. Then they (**** ??) sent me an email stating they could give me a 20% discount on a future order (well not dumb enough to take them up on that one) or send me a replacement mug with names and to follow the linking the email. Well...there was no link in the email. I replied explaining no link and still no response. I have sent a second reply and am hoping to get a reply but I highly doubt it. PLEASE save yourself some heartache! As for me, my Mother's Day; disappointing as I so wanted the rug as a gift. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They DO NOT STAND BEHIND what they promise (or at least they didn't stand by that for me). They DO TAKE YOUR MONEY and have poor customer services tactics/technique. I spent a considerable amount of money on an item that frankly is of no use to me (Mother's Day gift). I would give this company star rating a 0 x ******. Very sad and disappointed in how I have been treated and selling a product that they "tricked" me into believing I was going to receive. They got a lot of money from me, hard earned might I add but they will not getting any further business from me. They are just out to make a buck. Might I add, this fiasco originally started back in March and it is now post Mother's Day May 15.

    I ordered an item 1 month before mothers day, and was told that it would arrive before mothers day and then didn't arrive until 2 days after mothers day. The cherry on top of all this? The package was empty. The red box had only paper shavings. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

    I think this company might be scamming customers out of their money with ZERO accountability, ZERO communication and ZERO opportunities to cancel orders and get fully reimbursed. After waiting days for a response regarding my order, I finally got an email asking if I'd like a free mug or shipping reimbursed, but when I replied I got another automated response stating it might take 48 hours to reply. It's been a week and they have yet to reply to my first email. Customer service is awful, and company might be a complete scam. What a terrible way to prey on people - for mother's day. Awful. 0 stars.
