      The sneakers are great but the customer services is not. I purchased a pair of boot-like sneakers in which the laces popped completely out of no where. These sneaker-boots were purchased for my elderly brother who lives roughly 3 hours away from me. ON refused to send me or sell me a pair of shoe laces to replace the broken ones unless I send them a picture of the soles and tongue of the shoe in addition to the broken laces. My brother is unable to take the pictures and I was only able to retrieve a copy of the broken laces which I took before knowing that the other pictures were necessary. ON also required that I send them "the distance run/walked in the shoes." This has led to several phone calls and emails back and forth with no resolution. I only requested shoe laces or a place where I can purchase them. But instead I received weeks of the inability of my eldest brother to enjoy his shoes because he can't tie them. This has been beyond embarrassing and now I have to *********** hours out of my day of driving to take pictures. I submitted all of the other requested information and they were able to track the initial order without any problems. I have recommended many co-workers to purchase this brand in which they have and find this situation to be beyond obscured and stressful. As if working as a registered nurse isn't. and the last thing I want to do is be pushed around for a pair of shoe laces. I'm not asking for a new shoe.

      Shady bait and switch practices. I signed up for a referral code given to me by a rep, and when I went to checkout, I kept getting a message saying my email was not valid. I tried for an hour to no avail, so I just ordered without a code. Only AFTER I placed the order, was I able to use my email for a code. *** only problem with this was that the code could only be applied to my FIRST order, defeating the entire purpose of the promo code. I asked the team to apply the code to my order, and they refused.I also signed up for a notification to notify me when a specific product came back in stock. I received the email at 12:48 PM PST and checked the site immediately at 12:48 PM PST, but the item was still out of stock. I spoke to not one, but three representatives and received different excuses from each rep. *** first rep said it was my fault I didn't order the products soon enough and that others may have been quicker. That's fine with me. *** second rep said the product has not actually been in stock since December 2023 and went on to gaslight me by telling me i should have ordered sooner. How can I order sooner if I checked the moment i received the email? How would it be possible to order if the product hasn't been in stock since December? *** third rep I spoke to changed their story and is now telling me that there was a glitch in the email system and emails should not have gone out. Could they not have told me this the first time I asked rather than telling me everything is my fault?

      Extremely horrible customer service. I was given different information from their "investigation team" and their customer experience team. My package said it was successfully delivered but it was no where to be found in our apt package center. One person said that they have photographical evidence that the package was delivered and the other told me that they didn't have it. They didn't offer to support me with evidence and simply said we are not going to reimburse or resend you a new pair as we have confirmation that it was delivered. 150$ wasted and they simply can offer any kind of support to help, horrible. I'll never order a pair of these shoes ever again simply because of the service.

      They lie on their website about expedited shipping times in order to charge more. Website says 2-3 days and when you call they say its 3-5 business days. Frauds, liars, scammers.

      Negative stars!!!! I've wasted a huge amount of time and energy with live customer service (some sound like their working from home, suspicious household noises), emails, voicemail confirmations - all over one transaction; purchased 3 items PAID IN FULL, but only received one item. Other items out of stock. It's six months now. HORRENDOUS.

      Very disappointed in my experience with on. I was excited to purchase a pair of shoes from them and a couple days after my order, they sent an email out that theyre cancelling my order due to stock issues. So theyre selling thing they dont even have! They were supposed to be a gift. Now who knows when Ill receive my refund of $100. Never experienced this before and would stay away from this company.

      I have ordered two identical pairs of Cloudsurfer Black/Cobalt size 9. Yesterday, I received one pair of what I ordered, and the second pair was a Cloudflow, which were completely different shoes. The shoes are expensive, and return/ shipping for the second pair...who will pay for it? Very disappointed.

      I really wish I had read this before purchasing 2 pair of shoes from this company. I got first pair which were 2 big, requested a refund, got approval and shipped them the next day. I went ahead and ordered another pair in smaller size. Today is February 16th and I haven't received my refund of $151 yet and the item was verified and acknowledged return receipt from ON warehouse as of February 6th and they still have not refunded my money I've reached out numerous times by email only to get a generic response saying they are working on it. No phone # to contact them. I'm very disappointed

      As much as I enjoy the product, there is little quality control or customer service. They refer to their service team as Happiness deliverers, but the results are far from that. You are rarely contacted back, you can never seem to talk to anyone outside of the first individual who answers your call, issues or complaints are never escalated, and when asking to speak to a supervisor they are always in a meeting. I have purchased several items and attempted to purchase items from this company, and have had an issue every single time with the order, if not multiple. Very poor business practices, customer service, and quality control.
