      I am on my 2nd zmax Android with you in a 7 month time period! The first phone nobody could hear me! The talk to text spelled everything wrong all texting was messed up! Called CC AT LEAST 60 TIMES, EACH TIME WAS ON ***** GOR HOURS TRYING TO FIX THIS PROBLEM! 2ND ***** YOU GAVE ME SAME EXACT PROBLEMS! ON THE ***** WITH YOU HOLD TIME 3 HRS TALK AND CHAT 5 HRS TRYING TO FIX,NO AVAIL! TOLD ME I COULD PUT MY SIM CARD IN MY OLD **** G, TRIED THST DIDNT WORK,NOBODY TOLD ME THE **** G HAD TO BE BOUGHT BY CC SO ANOTHER 5 HOURS ON THE ***** WITH ****ROLA, CC, TRACK *****, THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE 5 MIN TO SET UP **** G WITH CC SIM CARD REAL EASY THEY SAID, WELL MY SIM IS BACK IN THIS S***** CC ***** THAT I CANT EVEN USE UESS ITS ON SPEAKER! YOUR *****S REALLY ARE HORRIBLE YOU SHOULD GET RID OF THEM ALL TOGETHER! IVE BEEN ON THE ***** WITH YOU I BELIEVE AT LEAST 75 HRS OR MORE, ,3 TO 5 HRS EVERYTIME AND STILL MY ***** WORKS HORRIBLE! I ACTUALLY STARTED SMOKING AGAIN BECAUSE I EAS SITTING ON THE ***** WITH YOU PEOPLE 5 HRS AT A TIME! I DID WHAT YOU TOLD ME WITH THE **** ***** AND NOTHING! SO NOW IM BACK TO THIS CRAPPY CC ANDROID!       Is it possible to leave 1/2 a star? I received email indicating that new service had been activated on my account, but I had not requested nor received any new equipment. I contacted Consumer Cellular and was informed that new SIM cards had been activated on my account and I should check to make sure I still had phone service on my existing phone(s). One of the "new" SIM cards had been activated and knocked out service to my phone (I have 3 on the account). I advised the rep I was speaking with that I had not authorized any such change or new equipment and I wanted my original SIM restored. A fraud report was (according to the rep) entered and the "new" SIM was supposed to be deactivated and a request entered to reactivate my original SIM. I was informed that it would take 24 to 72 hours to have my service restored. That was last Friday and I still have not received any call indicating that my service is being restored. When I call in to try to expedite the process I am told I have to wait for them to call me, yet my SIM number is evidently not queued up to be restored. I am seriously considering switching all three of my lines to *********** if this is the kind of trouble I am going to have with Consumer Cellular.

      Very rude stealing my from customers with me constant! And give you bad credit report for me when I decide to cancel my service with them !

      Horrible access and customer service is a joke. All four of our phones could not get reception outside of our home. Looked at T-Mobilethey ended up not giving us the same phone numbers, so I cancelled before I even got started with them. CC said theyd make it right. Sent 4 new Sim cards. Only one workedso we tried troubleshooting with the only functioning phone. Then the CC rep gets in and inputs the wrong information. Nobody had voice. I explained to them that my son has had two heart attacks and needs access to 911. The rep told me to go look for an app online and that they would be issuing new Simswhich would take another 4-5 days to arrive. I found a new carrier with the same coverage and their **** will be arriving any moment. Poor comms and apathetic customer service repsnopeI will go elsewhere.

      I switched to Consumer Cellular after being with **** for over 40 years. While the representative was great and worked very hard to get the Consumer Cellular sim card to work in my phone, CONSUMER CELLULAR'S so-called *************************** closes at 5:00 PM. THIS IS AN OUTRAGE!!! ANY CREDIBLE COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY SHOULD HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE 24/7!!! My phone still doesn't work. I have to return to Target (a great company) to get my phone activated. I am ************************************************** ANOTHER THING: Consumer Cellular's SOFTWARE IS GREATLY OUTDATED outdated. It does not allow for multi-cultural names to be entered correctly without spaces. I am not sure I will stay with Consumer Cellular...WE'LL SEE!!!

      They **** for services I got a $20 plan so I thought n got charged $40.+ ever month now I cancelled my ******** had to pay $73.58 before they would leave me alone so u guess this company needs to make a widowed senior pay more than the service was worth please help me get half of my money Im tired of companies making seniors pay out so much when we live on a fixed income please dont sign up for there services they charge u for texting n roaming the internet so basically ur paying for the company Christmas party

      I never received my phone, and they are still trying to charge me. They have given me the run around for the last 2-3 months. They said u til they get the phone back, I won't get my money back. They are trying to charge me 400 something. Ridiculous.

      Mother called Consumer cellular to start a cell phone plan with them. Gave her cell phone model, information requested, and was told the pone would work and sent a sim card. Received card in the mail and installed but had to call CC for set up. Went through 3 hours Saturday evening was then told the cell phone will be active in an hour or the next day. Next day comes, Sunday, and nothing. Called CC back up and went through another two hours of trouble shooting. Being told the cell phone she has does not use VoLTE. I ask why was my mother told the cell phone she has will work on Consumer Cellular a month ago when this was started and then when I am finally told it will not after 5 hours of conversation. CC had the make and model of the cell phone the whole time, and it took this long to say CC does not support the cell phone she has for lack of VoLTE.But I am told I can buy a cell phone from them that'll work!Better return credit to that woman you charged for no absolute reason!

      I worked for the company for 4 and a half years and after I won a presidents club trip to ****** upon my return my supervisors kept saying my tone was bad on my calls until they forced me to resign but for 4 years I did a perfect job and even got an all expenses paid trip. I kept my phone service with them and recently needed to call about an issue and had extremely rude employees who not only hung up on me but also said I was rude to them and in return they terminated my cell phone service because I was mean to an agent on the phone????? Last time I checked no customer has ever had their phone service terminated for complaining. Trashy company run by absolute trash leadership!!!
