4 starsProbably because of the time of the year, but **** certainly took their sweet time delivering my package.It arrived at the final moment of the 5 days as promised!It appears to be undamaged.I have not had time to review the contents nor fire up the phone, but plan to today.Based on my history with Consumer Cellular (almost a decade of service) I am sure the new phone will function well and be as described on line.I can't complain about their service nor their pricing. I switched to them (as well as my entire family) from ******* and have been totally satisfied that I did.

2 starsReceived new ******* phone on time but had no charger to charge the new phone. When I called customer service they wanted another $23 to send me a charging block and 3-5 days to ship it very poor communication!Consumer Cellular

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience. The phone manufacturer no longer sends us the wall plug for the phones in an effort to be more green. They do include the charging cable which we send to our customers. We do apologize for any miscommunication.Review fromSharon O

1 starConsumer Cellular keeps running the same boring commercial over and over like a broken record!They are spending thousands of dollars on TV commercials SO WHY DON'T THEY THINK OUTSIDE THE *** & HAVE THEIR MARKETING AGENCY MAKE SOME NEW COMMERCIALS INSTEAD OF BORING THE **** OUT OF US TV VIEWERS?Tell their stupid upper management to wake up and smell the coffee!!Consumer Cellular

1 starI don't understand how Consumer Cellular can run a commercial with people giving their testimonials from a couch, for over a year, and now have a newer commercial stating "some cellular companies have customers give testimonials from a couch, but our customers are too busy for that." WHAT??!!Who runs that advertisement Department?! For that discrepancy alone, I wouldn't go with this companyConsumer Cellular

1 star*****WARNING**** They are deceptive! This is a "post paid" service not a "prepaid" service. If you don't cancel they will bill you and you will be obligated to pay regardless.
