4 starsLove Consumer Cellular and my new phone. Easy to set up and transfer information from my old phone. Delivery with **** was questionable, requiring a signature at 10:48pm was ridiculous. **** delivered the next day at a more reasonable hour.

1 starVery unhappy about services added to my account without my approval. I want a credit for the services that were erroneously added to my account. I have been misled TWICE by TWO staff leaders that I would be contacted about my dispute. I spoke with CC representatives on 11-6-23 & 11-17-23. As of today, no one has called or email me to resolve this issue.Either CC hires incompetent employees or they simply want me to go away so they do not have to issue a credit.Consumer Cellular

Customer Support with ********************** was very helpful and after struggling with ******* to acquire the the necessary Transfer PIN, ********************** Customer Support ****** was able to get me squared away.
