      Let's see. About 5 years ago, you sent me a notification that I had to replace my ******** Razor phone with a different phone, as your service was being upgraded to G-? and the Razor won't be compatible. So you sold me a Doro PhoneEasy 626.Then last year, you sent me another notification that I had to replace my Doro PhoneEasy 626 phone with a different phone, as your service was being upgraded to the next G-? and the Doro PhoneEasy 626 won't be compatible. So you then sold me a Consumer Cellular Link ll.About two weeks ago that phone quit working and after several hours with your customer service representative, it was determined that the *** card was defective and that I would have to pay for a new one plus shipping. After a little more conversation, I decided to buy another new phone, but I would do so from within my online Consumer Cellular account.In one of your earlier emails, you had informed me that you were going to offer the new ******** Razor 2023, a flip phone which was G-4 and G-5 compatible. After logging in I worked with your online upgrade procedure to buy one. I selected refurbished unit to save $100. While the information wasn't very clear, I think it said I would have to program the *** after I received it.As soon as I received the new phone, and never having used a smart phone before, I managed to activated the e***, but only after after over 12 hours of direction from your customer service representatives (3). The rep confirmed I had activated the ***, but the phone was not working and couldn't get any signal strength indication. So she sent me a Return label and I sent the phone back yesterday, 12/11/2023 for a refund. I requested a new *** for my old phone.I expect a reasonably generous offer of compensation. If not a new, pre-programed phone, at least a new *** for my old phone. THE **** IS IN YOUR COURT!

      Don't order phones from this company. I ordered 2. After they were activated we noticed a screen crack in one that night. I called the next morning. They refused to repair or replace. The web site said if you weren't satisfied you have 30 days to get a refund. I was told I couldn't return the phone, that they would charge me because of the crack. Buyer beware. This is no way to treat a loyal customer. Mad to say the least.

      I was with consumer cellular once before and it was a mistake to leave.i received my phone yesterday and provided my phone number transfer pin to cc my phone is now active so I'm pleased to be back

      While I love the price of Service when we switched wife's service over her visable voicemail failed to work. ******* did try to fix it but unable to. However when we switched my phone over it worked just fine.

      I had just bought a new cellphone and just needed service for it - on the website they have a feature in which you can check to see if your existing phone is compatible with their network. It determined my phone was compatible so I proceeded to sign up for service. I had to pay an initial $5 fee, then wait for the sim card to be mailed to me. After a few days, I called them to see which address they were sending it to. The rep that answered was very unprofessional and couldnt answer any of my questions. After another couple weeks I hadnt received my sim card, so I called Consumer Cellular and was told to go to my local Target and buy a sim card, and theyd reimburse me the $10. Then I called back to get the service activated. Well this rep was even worse she kept talking over me and interrupting me, and she had a bad attitude. I told her I didnt appreciate the way she was talking to me, and she said **** what do you need today? I got her name (*******), and asked to speak with a manager. The manager was nicer, but didnt seem to know much. After a couple hours on the phone, he determined that the phone I had was NOT compatible, even though the website said it was! He said he thought the website should contain a disclaimer that just because it says your phone is compatible it isnt guaranteed. So, he asked me if I wanted to purchase a phone from their website, but I told him no because they were so expensive. He assured me that because of their money back guarantee that he would have a refund processed to refund my initial $5 and the $10 for the sim card.After a couple weeks I called to see when Id receive my refund and was told that management denied the refund! I asked to have the issue escalated and a manager to contact me, and the lady said they werent going to change their decision but shed have a manager call me back. That was 2 months ago, and I still never received a call. I had to contact my bank to have at least my $5 refunded to me!

While our risk free period does allow us to waive charges that have incurred when you cancel during the first thirty days, any *** Card credit or promotional credit would be voided. You would need to contact the store the *** Card was purchased to see if it could be returned for credit.
