5 starsMy package was delivered within three days of placing the order. Consumer cellular is so simple to use and is very affordable. I purchased a phone from consumer cellular for my mother-in-law and she lives on a budget. I highly recommend consumer cellular.

5 starsI am over the moon! Love my phone! Switching from one phone to another was so easy! What I did not like was the delivery...USPS is not the greatest medium of delivery. I would not mind paying for ***** or *** knowing that my package is safer. Everything else was just fine!Consumer Cellular

3 starsEverything went okay. Received phone on time and in good shape. There was a learning curve and I'm still trying to figure a few things out. This is my first flip phone and I can't figure out how to add and remove icons on the outer shell. Also ******** puts a lot of junk on their phones that I had to remove.Consumer Cellular

5 starsProbably the best customer service I have had. The first encounter I had with ***** was terrific. She patiently walked me through putting a SIM card in my phone when I first joined. I was having a lot of difficulty and she explained in detail. She was my first impression of Consumer Cellular and it was a very positive experience.Consumer Cellular
