1 starEver deal with a company that wont give you your account number?I called Xfinity about a different ************* offered me free cellular for a year if I switched: no-brainer.All I needed was my current carriers account number and a transfer ****** TOOK FOUR HOURS AND XFINITYS ASSISTANCE, DEALING WITH VARIOUS BRAIN-DEAD OR SURLY AGENTS AT CONSUMER CELLULAR, TO WRING A FRICKING ACCOUNT NUMBER AND TRANSFER PIN OUT OF THEM. They cited security as a reason for not disclosing any but the last four digits of the account number.If I could give ********************** NEGATIVE FIVE STARS I MOST CERTAINLY WOULD.STAY FAR AWAY.

5 starsAs always, for the past 10 years, my experience with Consumer Cellular was just as I expected. The service was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I found exactly what I was looking for and the information to help me make my decision. Paying and delivery were great. Express Shipping is a quicker delivery method, and the *********** delivers the package quicker than if sent by Priority Mail. Express Shipping is NOT overnight shipping, nor is it guaranteed delivery for a specific time frame. Express Priority Mail arrives typically 1-2 days from shipment except for Sundays and Federal Holidays when there is no mail delivery.
