      Consumer Cellular made it very easy to switch from ****************. As an **** member, I got a great deal on two (2) lines with unlimited talk, text and data...and at a significant savings over *******. I have great reception in and around my local area and will be seeing how the reception is when I travel cross country later this year.

      Not happy with Consumer Cellular. 1) It took them 3 weeks to get my phone to work. First a bad SIM card. Then after call after call after call from landline to get cell to work, someone named ******* did a download and after 3 weeks I finally had a working phone! Why did no one else know that? Even when I called to get a better connection, they again shut down my service and couldnt get it to work till I mentioned doing a download, was put on hold, download done=working cell phone. Who is training the people? 2) I signed up with a special of a second month free. They charged me for the second month and I called and was told it would be the following month. That month I received about $10 off of my bill, so where was the free month? 3) With my previous cell carrier, Xfinity, I never had to put the phone on speaker to hear when talking with someone and I have to do that almost all the time now. Is this supposed to be better service? 4) I have their lowest price plan which supposedly after first speaking to find out what the cost was going to be was supposed to be equal to my Xfinity price. Every month I pay nearly $10 more than my **************** Is that supposed to be a savings for a senior citizen now paying more? The only reason I switched from ******* was because all of their service was down here in ******** for nearly 4 days when there was a big windstorm and my neighbors who had other carriers had no issues. So we decided to at least change the cell plan so that if theres no Internet I could actually call and say theres a problem with the Internet because there was no cell, no Internet, nothing for nearly four days. I am hoping they have a Boaci Friday special with Xfinity so I can re-join them and get rid of this awful service from Consumer Cellular.

      Well, starting off when my new I phone 6 came in I was Excited about it because my old phone was run down. It took the help of the Consumer Cellar for me to get it set up and I thank the lady for her expertise of what I needed to do and she went step by step and I am very thankful for her help. ***** M

      my phone was shipped in a cardboard box, it had no bubble wrap, it just banged around in the box, THAY USED TO WRAP THE PHONE IN BUBBLE WRAP, not Anney more, how cheap.

      *******, the assistant, was tremendously helpful in helping me get my new phone working and start the process of getting the extra phone that was sent to me returned and my credit card charge for it removed. Thank you for hiring such able support people.

      Purchased an iPhone, representative told me even when paid off they would not allow me to unlock it for 6 months. Called back she told me that I could not get shipping back and it was 30 days not 6 months.
