3 starsPhone arrived earlier than expected. Looks nice. Software transfered my phone number effortlessly. (Previous phone was BYOP also on CC)Tried to transfer data via NFC as instructed by software. After several hours connection was lost and transfer was incomplete. Evidently there is no way to restart this process. Also no easy way to determine what was and was not transfered. Had to **** and copy and paste!Consumer Cellular

4 starsMy cell phone is working. I had a hard time activating it and using my old phone No.The only question I have now is there was not a battery charger in the box. I tried to reach the Venndor but no luck.I ordered a BLUE phone and states that on the box. The ******** has not answered my inquiring. The phone is BLACK .It will take awhile to learn the phone, It is a nice phone.Consumer Cellular

5 starsI had just switched to a lower-cost carrier after many years with one of the big three. I had a couple issues with the new carrier. It turns out they do not have a phone # you can call for customer service. All they had was a chat bot that kept suggesting the same fixes that did not work. On the 2nd day I called Consumer Cellular to switch. The customer service experience was like night and day. Within ***** minutes we picked a plan and they had me switched over. *** had no issues with Consumer Cellular since the change. But if I ever do, I know competent customer service is a phone call away.Consumer Cellular
