2 starsReally hard to judge something that hasn't been activated yet. Tried several times and told had to pay for information, then got a phone number to call. Really hard to call when you don't have a working phone to use. I am beginning to think it is not worth the hassle to use my IRIS flip phone.Consumer Cellular

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience. Consumer Cellular bills in arrears for monthly services and usage, much like a utility company so customer's do have to sign up for service prior to activating equipment.Review fromBarry B
