5 starsI wish I knew the person's name that helped set us up as she was so helpful. She was patient, informative, kind and listened to all of our concerns and questions. 5 starsConsumer Cellular is always great to work with. I ordered my wife's new phone on line through CC. It was the best price, for that model, that I could find. It arrived within a few days. When I set it up, everything went smoothly and I was given the option to activate with eSIM. It activated and has been working fine. I didn't even need to contact customer service. I have contacted customer service in past times, and they are always pleasant, patient and knowledgeable.
